The staff was excellent. Friendly and helpful. The rooms were neat and clean. The breakfast was very nice. It is next to the main bus station. It didn’t bother me but it is not in town.

it was isolated and quiet without being too far from the beach the towels were far too small and the shower head kept making noise and leaking. sleeping was atrocious but may not be the hotel's fault (personal preferences)

We had both supper and breakfast at the hotel. Very tasty. The room was pretty small. No elevator to get our luggage to the second floor and no-one offered to help.

Literally the most comfortable bed you could want and finally two decent pillows (actually the best I've found in over 100 hotels across Europe, bravo Campanile!) Good storage and a decent shower. Food at the restaurant was good quality. Fabulous as a stop over, get a night's sleep hotel. Plenty of easily accessible parking The fold out kids need we had in one room wasn't great and was clearly quite dated, as were other parts of the room (not the bed, that was lovely!) and the room was quite noisy, largely because of the American motel style of the rooms. Flights from Biarritz airport (literally over the road) start at about six am so don't stay here if you want a lie in! (Or bring ear plugs). It's clearly a 'stopover' hotel, and was for us on a road trip, so don't look at the prices and be tempted to stay for a week for a holiday here essentially.

140 euros half board but extra charged for dessert. One glass wine each included which is great but you pay full price if you buy a bottle instead. Overall good value and right near motorway

Really good location, bus stops within 2-3 min walking distance to the airport and the town centre and other towns. Good value for money and clean facilities.

The room and bathroom were very clean. The bed was comfortable and all the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good. Silly thing really, Fish & Chips on the menu but came with no chips! Loads of green beans and a few salad leaves though. I did query it but was told it didn’t come with chips.
