The only positive part of my experience was the reception staff. The two receptionists I spoke to about the issues were kind, apologetic and did their best to help, including changing my room. Unfortunately, almost everything else was a very bad experience. The first room was extremely dirty and the bathroom was in a terrible condition, with mould and damaged areas. I had to spend one night there before being moved to another room the following day. The second room was slightly better, but it was still not properly clean. Getting to the hotel was also inconvenient, as I had to wait a long time for the bus from the train station. I was also very disappointed by the breakfast arrangement. My Booking.com reservation gave me the impression that breakfast was included for our room for three people. Once at the hotel, I was told that breakfast was included for only one person and that I had to pay separately for the other two. This was not clear to me when I booked. The breakfast itself was very basic. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, especially in the first room and bathroom, made the stay extremely unpleasant. I would not stay here again.

Good location - rooms were ready for us, we arrived early as had to check out of the campsite- we hadn't expected the rooms to be ready in the morning, so that was very much appreciated I haven't anything to add here as it was what I expected which was good

Stayed here for a night as needed to be close to the airport for an early morning flight, location wise it's perfect bus stop outside hotel literally 2 stops it's walkable if you don't have much luggage! It's very basic you get what you pay for but bed comfy enough, it was clean and functional I will stay again when I next go there as very convenient. They don't provide any kind of water filter to be able to drink from and you have to pay extra if you want even a cup of tea/ coffee I have never stayed anywhere that doesn't supply these very basic things.

Shower was good and excellent bar service from its neighbouring Ibis hotel. Staff very pleasant and easy check in and check out. It is a basic hotel which is what you get for the price. Location was a bit of a walk along a busy road from the airport which for an airport hotel was a bit of a surprise. Room a little tired but shower was good.
