Room was not clean. Used linen from the occupant before me and never cleaned during the entire week I was there. The trash bin was full when I arrived and there were used, dirty towels under the sink.

The water in the shower as brown for a while. I had it running for some good 20min, when it turned clear

We had a truly memorable and pleasant stay at Holiday Inn Ankara Kavaklidere. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of delicious options, and the staff were very attentive throughout. The front desk personnel were highly professional and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The location is another big plus — close enough to the city center (only about a 5-minute taxi ride) yet away from the busy crowds. It’s also within walking distance of several high-quality restaurants, which we really appreciated. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and will definitely consider staying here again on our next visit.

Location Room not clean, furniture is very old, bed not comfortable, staff are not helpful , room has no black curtains, not sure if this is really holiday inn? But for sure I will not go again and will not recommend this to anyone

Generally all was fine. Location is great, a lot of cafes/restaurants around, and very central. Of course, some noise is unavoidable, but I was able to walk everywhere. All facilities in the hotel are good, very comfortable bed, breakfast was very interesting, with a lot of local products. Friendly staff. The only thing was that I tried the A/C the first day, then I thought that there was some smell coming out, and didn't use it again. Could have been an issue only if there is a heatwave.
