Most staff do not speak understandable English. Food in restaurant is expensive and of low quality. I had agreed that I could have late check-out and leave my things in the room as I would come back next day. Suddenly I was in an unfriendly manner asked to leave my room with no delay and I could no leave my things as agreeed. When I complaint about this treatment I was informed if not happy I could just cancel my reservation. A very bad experience.

The location was good and I thought it should be a nice hotel compare to other Ramada hotels. It was very basic, not clean, not comfortable. Some Inns were better than this.

Very centrally located , we weren’t exploring much in the area but it’s an easy walk to a lot of restaurants and stores which was very convenient and nice The rooms didn’t seem to offer air condition. While I understand it’s still considered winter here, the rooms were incredibly hot and didn’t offer the option of changing the air. We went into our room and found it exptremely hot , and they asked us to open a window. We tried the window option but still didn’t fix our issue. Once we told them this is was rectified by changing our room to one with an AC . We came to Ankara after around 18 hrs of travel so this situation didn’t help at all. But thankful to the helpful staff
