The staff was so friendly and helpful and it was clean! There was really nothing I didn’t like. Maybe thinner blankets on the bed because I do sleep hot and they were pretty thick!

Although the breakfast choice was limited, the breakfast was good and every day there were different options.it was also nice that the waitress made sure we had fresh omelets when requested. The location of the hotel was nice and central, while the street itself was nice and quiet.The beds were comfortable, the light blocking curtains worked great, no noise and the staff was friendly and welcoming. It was a bit confusing to us when the rooms would be cleaned and it did not always happen when I expected it. We had no idea how the airco worked. Our hotel room faced the wall of the building next to us that is under renovation. Therefore no view, but also blocked a certain wind circulation. For my partner it was not clear the snacks in the room were not for free. Maybe there is not.sufficient info on that.

had a very pleasant stay at Mercure Ankara Kızılay. The location is excellent, right in the center of the city and within walking distance of Kızılay Square, shops, and the metro, which makes it very convenient for getting around Ankara. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the stay, and check-in was quick and easy. Breakfast had a good variety, and everything was fresh. Overall, it’s a great option if you want a comfortable hotel in a central location. -

We had a lovely time here. Thank you to all the kind people working at the Mercure. The breakfast was huge and had some new variety everyday. The room was comfortable and quiet. The location is great, next to the metro stop and walking to Kizilay central area.

The water in the shower was never hot, just warm but since the weather was nice I did not mind.

There were two issues that bothered me: 1.The bed size was small and uncomfortable, definitely not suitable for couples. 2.The cleaning staff sometimes neglected their duty regarding room cleaning. We called the reception twice to report that the room had not been cleaned, even though we had previously pressed the green button to request cleaning.

It was lightning and floor to ceiling windows There was a bad smell in the hotel and on 6 floor . The bed size was very small .

Location good. Not much else that stood out. Dirty carpets; uncomfortable beds; bad view; poor service; not very efficient. Not terrible, just not great - and certainly not up to Mercure standards - shortly to join the Accor group and be branded as a Mercure hotel.

This was the nicest, best designed hotel I stayed at in a long time. The rooms and lounge were really comfortable to relax in between the work I had to do in Ankara, and the breakfast was amazing and had everything. Staff were incredibly kind also, and location in Ankara is perfect.

The front desk staff Friday October 18th for terrific! The door man the night I arrived was not very nice.
