Everyone was so kind and helpful from the moment we walked in. The room was super clean and a great surprise to find exercise bands and rollers in the room! Pleasant all around!

Location and lots of parking Beds were not comfortable and our room was facing the highway. Unfortunately we heard the traffic all night long and did not get to sleep.

Great value. Super staff. Very comfortable beds. Clean. Really good, made to order breakfast. Convenience shop. My only critique is the number of lights that cannot be turned off in the room: switches next to the bed, alarm clock, flashing light above the TV, and auto light as bright as the burning sun in the bathroom.

Only criticism: $4.00 for self serve coffee was not favorable

Location The smell in the room was horrible and the toilet was Broken. I told staff about it and it was never fixed. They also took extra money from my account and when I spoke to staff about it he basically told me to wait to talk to my bank and had no solution. The hot tub was also broken.

Clean room and helpful staff who were eager to provide service. However, there were a few accommodation that could've been included within the room to ensure a better stay such as the bathroom could've included cotton swabs, toothbrush and toothpaste; the room itself could've included slippers for guests and water bottles. As for breakfast it is not included within the hotel stay so you would have to purchase breakfast downstairs, however this was not clarified or stated within the confirmation email.

The room was clean, bed was comfortable. The location is convenient and easy to navigate. Definitely will stay here again.
