Walked in customer service was great very helpful not rude. I will come back.

Adequate place to stay for a few nights, especially if it’s cheap enough. All surrounding hotels are usually much more expensive. It’s convenient to the university and serviceable for a few nights. Have stayed there a few times and it’s totally fine. Would stay again.

Nice clean room and well maintained. Everything in the room worked perfectly including the fridge and microwave.

I am usually not a fan of places with exterior corridors. This Red Roof, however, was just fine. The rooms were not the old, outdated rooms some Red Roofs have; they were nicely furnished and fresh and bright. The location was great, and the price was very reasonable. The only "complaint" was that they could have provided a breakfast option for the guests, like so many other motels/hotels provide these days. Overall, however, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it for people looking for a place to stay for a visit to AA.

Upon opening the room door, there was an unpleasant odor so strong that I couldn't remain inside. Despite the bedding appearing to be laundered, there were remaining stains and substances that raised concerns about its hygiene. In the end, I decided to check out just two hours after arriving. I have absolutely no intention of visiting again.

My room was clean but in poor condition. Water stains on the ceiling in the bathroom, the stopper in the bath was broken so we couldnt fill the tub. The television had little to no reception, possibly due to weather.

This is an old,, run down motel that has had some modern cosmetic touches added to the interior. The front desk person was nice and the beds were clean and comfortable. However, the room opened directly to the parking lot. It had a lock, but the door was misaligned with the door frame, So there was a significant gap between the door and the frame. This let in light, air and noise from the outside. There was a party going on and a lot of noise. The front desk person asked them to quiet down and they moved inside, but with cheap construction, the noise still carried into our room from above past four am. I couldn’t smell anything, but something in the air was making us cough throughout the night as well. Given the primary goal was to sleep, it was a total waste of money for us. It was also the sort of floor where you keep your shoes on . I can’t understand all the positive reviews - it was awful. If you get a dirt cheap rate and don’t mind the noise, I guess go for it, but we paid a hotel rate and deeply regretted it.

No Frills but clean and comfortable. Quick overnighter and needed a place to sleep, this worked out perfect. Price was reasonable. No breakfast, just coffee in the lobby but no problem here

Not now……..............mmmmmmm
-
Very dirty room, i found hair and bugs all over my room and it was disgusting and it smelt very bad. And that wasn’t the worst part, the hotel smelt like heavy weed and there were people smoking weed and drinking liquor right in front of my room and at some point during the night it felt like someone tried opening my room door. The staff spoke with an attitude too. Everything was horrible at this place and I checked out early, I couldn’t sleep in this place.

A bit dated. Air conditioning units should be cleaned. Would have liked breakfast.
-
Fairly quiet for a Saturday night. Everything is new in my room, very clean. Firm bed, bright white towels and bedding. TV reception leaves something to be desired.
-
The price was good and the quality was what you'd expect for it.
-
The room and amenities are better than I expected.
-
Clean room matres could be better but for the price nice no complaints

This property was at an excellent price point for what you receive. We had a fairly large room with a refrigerator and microwave and 2 queen size beds. The rooms were clean and the property was very well-maintained. We love the coffee in the lobby. There are no coffee machines in the room nor is there a safe which should be considered by management. Otherwise, I felt it was quite a nice day. I really have no complaints. I would stay here again and was handy to the big house !!!!!
