This is our 2nd time staying and we enjoyed staying at this location. Close to Umich and is an ideal location.

The check in was flawless! I was even upgraded free of charge which made me feel special. The room was super clean the staff were really very friendly and the breakfast was amazing with a nice choices! All hotels should aspire to this one!!

Location was convenient. Breakfast was modest.

The staff was really nice The dirty sink in the bathroom, the flooding that happened late at night that they said happened before, the pool being torn at the bottom. Only reason we picked a hotel was for the pool that we couldn’t use since it wasn’t safe for my kids.

Some of the room lights were non functional. Fire detector was hanging open on the wall.

They charged me more than the amount I booked the room for.

Outdated musty smelling room, stained and uncomfortable beds, mold in the shower, one out of four working ice machines, and to top it off, they increased my nightly rate after confirming a lower price and never informed me, then wouldn’t lower it back. Would never stay here again.

The free breakfast was good. Not a big enough selection of breakfast cereal and the juice machine, not all of the juice selections worked for both morning of our stay.
