Coffee pot not working it was an ok stay! Clean and quite but could use more on keeping things working and conditioner or if you put something in the shower at least keep it restock.
-
Clean, spacious hotel. Room was superb, front desk personnel professional and polite.

Great stay

The hotel was nice. Convenient located. Room was clean. Everything was good.
-
It was clean It was extremely overpriced. It has all the amenities as a $100 hotel would for 3x the cost. On top of that breakfast is not included and again is the same quality as a $100 dollar hotel.

Staff was very personable and accommodating. We arrived early and they went above and beyond to get our room clean and ready. That was really appreciated and took a lot of stress off us. Room was clean and eating area very clean and breakfast was good. The only concern I had was with the pool area - the pool is wonderful for families, however, the ventilation in the area is poor. The chlorine ozone layer in the air was overly thick and that is not good for anyones lungs. There needs to be more airflow or better balance and/or adjustment to chlorine to minimize the breathing in of chlorine fumes. We did ask staff if we could open the door, which they allowed, but with no wind outside, it did little to help. All in all, I would stay here again, but perhaps not swim unless adjusted.

Kimberly went above and beyond helping us fix an issue with our reservation. She was amazing. The facility was clean and comfortable.

Clean. Quiet. Pool. Outdoor seating

The courtyard was very nice. Staff was great. Add a free real breakfast and it’d be perfect.
-
Good - albeit expensive - breakfast. No ice machines - except on first floor - was VERY inconvenient. For $200 per night you could do better.

Very ugly We will be staying in the area for the next few years for full weekends and are looking for a “ permanent “ hotel home. We thought this would be it. Be very disappointed the view was discouraging. I told the front desk on check out and he said I don’t know why they rent that unit, it is horrible. Should be last unit sold and come with some disclaimer about the view. I agreed. But that was that

I got charged an extra 83 dollars and the breakfast wasn't complimentary when I paid almost 500 dollars on the hotel alone

This was a good place to stay close to Ohio State University. Placed our reservation on line. The signs say Fairfield but once we got inside the desk clerk said welcome to the comfort Inn by Marriott. Very confusing. Cleanliness and upkeep of the property was fair at best. I think the upkeep was the biggest problem making it look less clean. It was a nice room and comfortable bed but the bathroom light was attached to the fan and it squealed for a long time after being turned on. Finally the squealing stopped so we left it on all night with the door closed. It was that or go into a totally dark bathroom. TV worked well as did the internet connection which was free. So not a bad stay, but not the best of Marriott.

The room was clean enough but the bathroom was tired and needed to be renovated. The tub didn’t drain well. The water temp was too hot and no one fixed it. The fridge barely worked at all. We had to frequently get new room keys as they wouldn’t work.
