Seemed to be nice but there was a lot of construction going on.

Quiet but needs a renovation

This hotel is clean and covers all the basics you expect from a good hotel. However I choose this hotel because I really wanted the pool. When I checked in I discovered it was closed due to a maintenance problem. I could have booked elsewhere had I known that in advance. There has to be some way Expedia can inform us that an amenity is closed or down for service in real time.

It is pretty old and run down

The beds were comfortable and the AC worked great! Never had to wait long for the elevator. Room was very small for the price. Shower facet leaked which caused poor water pressure. Had an odor I can't describe.

Breakfast was not good. We went to the breakfast room at 8:45 am, and found that the eggs were gone, toaster was not working properly. Waffle mix was almost gone. The food preparer was not there to help. The hotel needs to do something quickly to improve the situation,

A very quiet location, located close to the freeway for ease of travel in the area. The carpets in the room had a distinct musty smell.

It was clean, quiet and close enough to the college.

This hotel online looks beautiful. Unfortunately in person it is not. The rooms smell like mold, there were roaches and spiders crawling down the walls. The bathroom floor had streaks from a filthy mop. Furniture is dated and damaged. I checked out and went to another hotel. Upon check out my son forgot his sneakers, when I returned to retrieve them the staff was unable to locate them. Of course they couldn’t find a brand new pair of matte black new balances size 5 1/2 boys. One of the Spanish house keepers discovered my son’s sneakers and kept them. Terrible experience!

There was a musty smell, otherwise the room and hotel were fine.

Location was convenient Room was outdated and had water stains on ceiling and wall .. air conditioning was set low but barely pumping out cold air. There was an upcharge for a concert. Normal pricing would be okay for this hotel but $450 a night we were hoping for better

The guy who helped with check in and check out was awesome. Super helpful.

The friendliness of the staff It was a bit of a drive to downtown Detroit.

The attendees were all very polite and helpful. The room was very clean & beds were comfortable. Under renovations above our room.

In a room that links with the room next door and also problem finding the TV in Bluetooth. Overpriced snacks/drinks.
