When we entered the rooms, the bed sheets were dirty. The microwave in the kitchen was also dirty, and the rooms smelled like cigarette smoke even though the hotel is supposed to be smoke-free and smoking is prohibited.

Terrible room, dirty! Food splattered on walls, my flip flops actually stuck to the floor when I walked near garbage can in room....garbage can that was supposed to be in bathroom. Smelled like weed. We had to ask for a blanket! Nice staff...bad hotel!

The room was disgusting and smelled bad. When we got in the room, the oven was on.

Room was not prepared in time. And not cleaned. No sheets or blanket for pull out bed. Floor was dirty and sofa bed had garbage in the bed

It was extremely cozy and it was more like a studio apartment then a hotel room which I thought was really nice That there wasn't any type of breakfast or there wasn't any ice machines or vending machines or anything like that

I expected the property to be similar to other Extended Stay hotels. There were no utencils in the kitchen, the storage ches was broken, and the pullout bed and sheets were unclean. The staff was helpful in letting switch room.

The noise is a bitch much. The beds weren't very comfortable. Had only 2 very small trash cans in which to throw stuff out. Kitchen didn't have any items to do any kind of cooking, so bring your own, I guess.

The staff was friendly and the location was good. The front desk is not available through the night or early in the morning. The room was disgusting. The walls had grease stains and the carpet was sticky and outdated. The room had a musty smell and you can tell someone was living out of that room

Excellent staff but the place was very run down. Smelled like a dog when we walked in and our room smelled like old cooking grease. No shampoo in the bathroom. Dressers and furniture were really beat up. I get that it is not a luxury hotel, but for $250/ night (graduation weekend price gouging), it was hard to swallow. Not gonna extend my stay here.
