staff was not helpful at all. We arrived at 1 am and had difficulty with our reservation since we had booked through expedia. They offered no help and were going to make us sleep at a different hotel even though we had already paid for the night . They were rude and did very little to help with our situation - very disappointing for a Hilton. I would never stay there again

Decent, clean no frills hotel with free breakfast. We've stayed in 2 Sparks this year, both just fine. Would stay there again.

There was a cockroach in our room. We got a video of it and showed it to the front desk, she was very kind and said she's never heard a report of this before, but the video shows the cockroach. She moved us to a room far away from that one.

Very fast and easy check in and the room was nothing less then what I expected. 10/10

The sheets were poor quality. The toilet did not hace a lid.

I switched to the Spark, Ann Arbor, in the middle of my 5-day trip. From the moment i walked through the door, i knew it would be my new home-away-from-home. My room was spacious, clean, and had plenty of towels, which is s big deal for me. I interracted with day, afternoon, and night shifts, and they all met me with a smile and extreme courteousness.

Parking easy. Breakfast was simple but good. Everything was very clean.

AC could have been quieter

Very basic hotel in an older building with only minor renovations. The A/C and heater in our room were very old and quite loud. Unfortunately, the breakfast was also disappointing. The hot water provided for the oatmeal was cold, so we couldn’t eat it at all and had to go out to find breakfast elsewhere.

Everything was clean and neat. Looks like the entire place had just been freshly redone.

I just stayed one night, and it was pretty okay for a day considering its price.

The room was very clean and fresh. Appreciated the decor; not your usual hotel room with desk chair; instead a comfy stool. Disappointed in no lid for toilet (things can fall in!), and shower was a bit tricky to maneuver into a full spray, but towels were fluffy and big with handy hooks next to shower. Bed was very comfortable and a nice surprise--sometimes it's way too firm, but this seemed just right.

You do not have to worry about parking, checking in, or anything like that. Just park and head to the lobby. The room and shared spaces were clean, and the breakfast was minimal but included the essentials (milk, fruit, cereal, and so on). My only qualm about this place is that the rooms are not very soundproof, so you can hear footsteps from the floor above.

The property was close to where we wanted to be and the staff was very helpful at check-in and check-out. The breakfast bagels were just enough for us to start the day.

Excellent location and property. Price wide little but on higher side. Before letting me check in housekeeping service didn’t do their part at 100% as shower gel got empty on second day that means it was not filled before my check in.
