The property was central to great restaurants & conveniently located!
-
We had a great stay! Staff was nice, room was clean, and the 12pm check out was great!
-
We felt welcomed and comfortable!

Pro tip: If you or anyone in your party is a light sleeper, ask for an even numbered room that is on the entrance side of this facility. Someone made an earlier comment about the US 23 road noise; but their room was on the side facing US 23.

The woman at the front desk was very pleasant and as helpful as she could be BUT regarding the rest of my stay... in no particular order, could not get my laptop to connect to their WiFi (never had a problem elsewhere, worldwide); sheets were not clean; found a dead mosquito at the bottom of my coffee cup; mattress and pillows were not particularly comfortable. I just needed a clean, quiet bed for a very brief stay but next time I'll spend the extra money and go elsewhere.

The location was the only good thing about the hotel. The price was fair for the amenities. The bathroom was clean. The sofa bed was horrible to sleep on. I slept on it without opening it.

Comfortable beds. Easy check in and great dinner recommendations. Everything smells clean.

Exceptional

Main floor public bathroom was “dirty” to the point that the toilet couldn’t be sat on and the toilet was clogged for 12+ hours. Staff was nice when talked to. Like to see an increased attention paid to the common areas

Even better than expected! Fantastic service, very clean rooms & great breakfast. Every staff member we came in contact with was friendly.

Clean room and included breakfast Bed was not very comfortable. Traffic noise from the highway and noise within the hotel (doors shutting, toilets flushing, people taking) seemed quite loud. Not soundproofed at all.

Tidiness, cleanliness, comfort. Like the breakfast. On the morning of our checkout, August 12, 2026, the fire alarm went off at around 6:00 a.m. We all came downstairs, and I noticed that the front desk employee was sitting very calmly. I asked him what had happened, and he simply told me that it was a false alarm. I understand that alarms can sometimes be triggered accidentally. However, we had gone to bed around 2:00 a.m., so being woken up by the alarm was very disruptive. Even if it was a false alarm, I would have appreciated an apology or at least some acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused to the guests. Unfortunately, around 7:00 a.m., the alarm started beeping again, although it stopped shortly afterward. My concern is not simply that the alarm went off, but how the situation was handled. In the future, I hope the hotel staff will be more attentive and proactive when something like this happens and communicate appropriately with guests. A little more concern and professionalism would have made a big difference.

Im a return guest because this hotel exceeds expectations of its “budget” category! Spotless, comfortable bed, soft linens and towels, wonderfully scented toiletries provided, and the cozy room is perfectly appointed! Highly recommend and will definitely return.

Front desk clerk gave me a standard room instead of the suite that I ordered. After insisting that Expedia booked the wrong room for over an hour, the clerk realized that he had given me someone else’s room despite having my ID and credit card which clearly didn’t have the other person’s name on it. Also so NOT stay in room facing the freeway if you are light sleeper. I was up all night with trucks roaring past on the freeway.

Fire alarm went off at 6:20 am and continued until 7:15 am. Walls were paper thin and could hear every footstep taken. Breakfast was non-existent

The noise after 10 pm every night there was people upstairs making noise and 1night i heard people it seemed like outside talking
