Not just the most disgusting place I’ve ever stayed, but probably the most disgusting place I’ve ever been inside. Stayed after a concert due to no other options. Next time we will just drive home if this is the only option.

Not like pictures, room smelled like mold, mattress was sunk in.
-
was good for a quick overnight stay, dont expect much but it was clean

Don't do it
-
Regardless of price, just dont do it! We had to change rooms, there were stains all over sheets, hair and toe nail clippings in the bed! Absolutely disgusting!!!

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room smelled like seafood a bit.
-
Bed felt like it was from the 1800s Staff was friendly

You need a sign indicating location of the office

The hotel is clearly an older property. The room was mediocre however, it did look clean. It is located by the highway and has food options around. Other than check-in and checkout, I did not interact with any staff members.

bugs in room

Location is convenient and front desk staff was very kind; however the room itself had me wanting to check out as soon as I checked in. Bed sheets and pillow cases were stained and had holes in them, there was an immense amount of cobwebs in the room, the floors were absolutely filthy and there were stains all over the walls. We left as soon as we walked in to go get our own cleaning supplies form a store nearby so we could clean the counters/floors/walls and I think that’s probably the cleanest that room has been in a while… the room also had a terrible musty, stale cigarette smoke smell that was impossible to get rid of. The door looked like someone had tried to preciously kick it in and the upper lock was completely broken off. To say that I didn’t feel secure is an understatement.

The room was not ready until hours after check in and it had crumbs on the counter when we did finally check in. The staff was friendly. The shuttle driver was great.

The staff was nice however the room was gross. The property was not clean at all either. The lack of towels was odd also. We stayed two nights and there was only one small trash can in the bathroom. It was not emptied and the second day our room was not recleaned. The tv did not work either.
-
The guy who checked us in was super nice and friendly. The room was clean and a place to sleep. The shower was kind of small but it worked. It was much cleaner than the place we stayed in on the other side of Ann Arbor to following 2 nights. I'd definitely stay at the Red Roof again if I needed to stay in the Ann Arbor area again.
-
Smellled musty, rooms are old and outdated, and our room was not available when we arrived at 5:00 pm.
-
comfortable beds, great location Toilet seat was loose.

I don’t think words can describe how horrendous this property is, there are very few life choices I regret but this is one of them. I get Red Roof is not a 5 Star chain but cleanliness is a basic human decency. Arrived at 4pm and told there were no rooms available. The staff were terrible, I now understand why they ran my credit card the day before. I tried to cancel and demanded a refund and was directed to the GM Shawn…he never showed his face and he did not call me. Let’s just say, I will be contacting the local health officials and the corporate head office. This is not a typical rant, there we cigarette burns in comforters, stains on bed linens and towels, my son had a shower, he walked to the bed and his feet were dirty. Either the cleaning staff are incompetent or actually don’t do anything. Stay away….never book.
