The driveway to the property was in a very bad shape. There were deep holes in the pavement. The location of the hotel was excellent for us. It was close to a highway 94 and there were many restaurants within walking distance.

Good and clean maintenance

Some of this was bad timing. Here is what they could do better: 1. put a bell or pager on the front desk. It isn't our job to hunt down the help. 2. make sure the bedding is in the room for the sofa bed. 3. add more coffee pods to the coffee maker, or make them available at the desk. 4. if the pot holes are on the property, fill them.

Great location and price. No breakfast, but that was advertised.

Staff is very nice. Property is well maintained and clean, they just renovated, I would love if they had a pool but everything else about this place is excellent. I have stayed before and will stay again. Full kitchen

Hallway and lobby look updated, rooms are pretty outdated but clean. Lots of rust on fixtures in bathroom, sink had very low water pressure, carpet was a little sticky. Bed was comfy and loved the larger kitchen. Unfortunately on my second night there was a power outage so a bunch of things were down and unusable. Large potholes going into the parking lot.

The check-in / check-out staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were okay; both of our rooms had wads of long black hair on the bathroom floors, which is a big ick. Location is very convenient, A/c and exhaust fans in rooms are kind of noisy but tolerable. Would stay again but please vacuum better

Stayed here in 2020; it's under new management since then. You have to request pots and pans; they are no longer in the room. Stay was ok.

We needed a room for 2+, and the only one left was an accessible room with a roll-in shower. That part wasn't great. The shower is not graded properly to keep the water where it should be, and the shower curtain wasn't long enough. Thus, we spent the 4 days there mopping up an entire gross, wet floor after each shower and then having a pile of wet towels. Staff was good about giving us new towels each day...but that's not what you want to do on vacation. Also, the hide-a-bed was pretty old and jankity. Didn't sleep real comfortable and the sofa didn't have a clean feel to it. It served it's purpose, but I would not choose that type of room again.

The staff was professional and kind The booking said I would have two beds for four people and the room had one bed and a sofa pull out bed. It was uncomfortable. The room in Booking.com was posted at $123 but at checkout it ramped up to $201.

Property was conveniently located to all our needs

This is a nice clean place to stay with friendly staff. The parking lot isn’t in great condition but the price was right for a one night stay. Nice to have a full size fridge and kitchen with all of the great food to eat in Ann Arbor.

In many ways this was great and exactly what I wanted. The room was very nice, everything was clean, and it wasn't too expensive. I would stay there again. At the same time, don't expect the personal attention you might get at other hotels. The staff were all nice, but mostly not at the desk and doing other things. There's a fridge in the exercise room, but it's not well stocked at all. All of this is fine -- there was nothing objectionable -- but is why I gave it a 4 star rating rather than a 5.

Nice spot; a short drive from the University. Very affordable. Clean and safe.
