Location was perfect. Five minute walk to the bay to catch a ferry to a beach. Staff were very experienced, professional and spoke excellent English. Nothing

I loved my 3 night stay here. The facility is probably the largest hotel on the island with a cluster of buildings that encircle a nice courtyard with lush landscaping. The hotel is centrally located just a very short walk uphill from the waterfront. The staff was nice and helpful, especially Maria who spoke and understood American English very well. The view of the valley walls around Symi is really unique. If I ever return to Symi I would definitely stay here again. Typical of a Greek hotel they did not have washcloths we Americans are used to using in the shower. There are a lot of feral cats on the property. If you so much as blink, they will raid your breakfast if you eat outside in the patio area or floor level outside your room. I found pool was very cold. The water on the island is not suitable for human consumption. It would have been nice to have note in the room with a complimentary bottle of water informing guess of this.

The location to the centre is top tier. I was able to walk almost everywhere. Beach in walking distance. Breakfast was plentiful and yummy.

Beautiful hotel so close to the port ! The hotel grounds are immaculate, the room was huge with lovely views of the gardens and hillside from the balcony. The free shuttle from the ferry is really good ! Great breakfast too. Loved our stay here and just sorry I didn't have another night !! Beds a little hard but nothing major!

Location and room size Didn’t feel as clean and cared for as it should be. Some of the cushions and bed coverings didn’t feel like they had been cleaned for some time.

The location was excellent, and the pick-up / drop-off at the port is very convenient and good. Check-in was fast and efficient. The room was OK, spacious. We stayed in a master suite. The room was spacious, but you had to go downstairs to use the bathroom. Which is not safe in the early hours. It's not an ideal place to relax on a sunbed, very limited room around the hotel. The breakfast was average and limited in variety. I know it's self-service, but you have to go down two flights of stairs, load up your tray, then return to an exterior table, or your terrace to eat. Then, you were required to return your used items on the tray to the breakfast room. The breakfast staff were rude and not very helpful when making simple requests such as dairy free milk or to empty the coffee machine .I would return to Symi, but not this establishment.

The staff were very helpful and the hotel is like a paradise, tranquil and peaceful with a pool. The hotel is centrally located, short walk to the harbour, tavernas, bars and shops. Anyone visiting SYMI should definitely consider staying at the hotel as it’s away from all the noise and crowds. N/A

In general, the place was perfect! Great atmosphere, excellent, efficient, and courteous staff, a pool that the kids really enjoyed, and spacious, clean, and comfortable rooms, though designed in a somewhat outdated style. Overall, it was excellent, and we will definitely return to the hotel again!

Amazing staff - helpful but not annoying Exceent location - close to everything ..and again - amazing staff. Mosquito nets would be a great to have - during our stay, mosquitoes were unpleasant disturbance. We should have stayed there for longer - two nights is too short :(

Great quiet location, easy walk to bars and restaurants. Beautiful gardens and pool area. Staff very friendly and helpful. We had a good sized room with balcony Bed was rock hard. Asked to change rooms but they said they’re all the same. I know Greek beds are always firm, but just couldn’t sleep and woke with back ache. Breakfast was just ok. Fresher fruit would have been nice.

Beautiful aparthotel right in the centre of Symi port area. Up a quiet, rather uneven road, but really close to all restaurants and bars. Beautiful pool area which was very quiet in October. Breakfast was good. Room was small but had everything we needed. Nice patio area we sat out on in the evening. Symi itself, whilst unspoilt, is not great if you have mobility issues. Streets and pavements are uneven and narrow. The breakfast room is down a steep flight of stairs and would prove difficult if you have mobility issues. Beach nearest the town was washed away shingle and although the water is clear blue and lovely, lying on concrete wasn't the best as there were no sunbeds in October. The hotel itself was beautiful and I'd definitely visit it again.
