Throughout our stay, we couldn’t find a single dish that wasn’t absolutely delicious. The quality of the food exceeded all our expectations. We would also like to express our sincere appreciation to the hotel management. Their genuine care for every guest and commitment to making each stay perfect is something you rarely experience, even in the world’s best hotels. The breakfast team deserves special recognition. Their level of attentiveness, kindness, and professionalism was simply exceptional. They remembered our preferences, always greeted us with genuine smiles, and made every morning feel special. This level of hospitality is truly rare. A heartfelt thank you to the villa team, who took such wonderful care of us every day. Their attention to detail and dedication made our stay incredibly comfortable. Our deepest gratitude goes to our butlers. Veronika was absolutely amazing – warm, caring, thoughtful, and always available. No request was ever too much, no matter the time of day. За всё время нашего отдыха мы не нашли ни одного блюда, к которому можно было бы придраться. Всё было безупречно вкусно! Особая благодарность менеджеру отеля, который всегда был внимателен к гостям, искренне интересовался тем, всё ли нам нравится, и делал всё возможное, чтобы наш отдых был идеальным. Такой уровень заботы и вовлечённости встречается крайне редко. Отдельного восхищения заслуживает команда, которая работает на завтраках. Это, пожалуй, один из самых внимательных, доброжелательных и профессиональных коллективов, которых мы встречали. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was very welcoming. I would especially like to highlight one of the staff members, Islam. He was extremely helpful, polite, and professional throughout our stay. He went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed, always with a smile and great attitude. His kindness truly made our experience even better. Thank you to the whole team, and especially to Islam, for the excellent service! Nothing significant, everything was great overall.
