I really like the location comparing to the price it’s great value and the food is food with reasonable price comparing to around the reception people are very friendly and helpful From the first day we entered there was hair in the bath till the day we left they don’t clean the floor there cleaning is zero the waiters don’t even try to understand you or speak english they answer in turkish and walk away and the towels smell bad

This was honestly one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. From the moment we arrived, every member of the team made us feel genuinely welcome. Their kindness wasn’t just professional, it felt sincere, and that’s something you don’t come across every day. A special thank you to Mr. Cagri, Mohammed, Mevlud, and Alp from the night shift. They were always smiling, incredibly helpful, and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. Their attention to guests and willingness to help made all the difference.

Price so affordable, walking distance from The Land of Legends. The Staff are amazing. Thanks to “everyone “ so exception!! and especially to Mohamad at the reception ! everything went smoothly Nothing! All was above the expectations!

Its is just facing the land of legends, 5 minutes on foot. All rooms have pool view. The hotel was very clean and the atmosphere was comfortable. The employees were very kind and in particular Mohamad Wafa at the front desk was very helpful. Better to book with breakfast in advance Nothing ☺️

Nothing except the Lebanese man at the front desk he is trying but the system is very bad the hotel still soft opening the air conditioning system has a lot of problems we spend half our stay with the maintenance team trying to solve the problems Everything was very bad

Bu otele 3. kez geliyorum ve kesinlikle yine tercih edeceğim. Çağrı Bey ve ekibine her zamanki sıcak karşılamaları, ilgileri için çok teşekkür ederim. Otelin konumu harika, tesis yepyeni, odalar tertemiz ve çok konforlu. Kendinizi gerçekten değerli hissettiren bir ekip var. Gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim.

Our stay at Mercure Belek was absolutely fantastic and exceeded all our expectations. From the very first moment, we felt completely welcome thanks to the extremely friendly staff, whose service was top-notch. Our rooms were wonderfully large, modernly decorated, and provided a great space to fully unwind. The breakfast is simply perfect, featuring an enormous selection of fresh and delicious dishes to start the day right. Additionally, the rest of the facilities and the beautiful surroundings contribute to an ultimate vacation vibe. Mercure Belek is highly recommended for anyone looking for a carefree getaway. We would love to come back here again!

The room was not clean and smelled bad. I had a flood in the bathroom, but nor quick respond as it used to be in this level of the hotels. The swimming pools (both in and outdoors) closed at 19:00 and 20:00, whicj is not convenient as i like to swim when its not too sunny and hot The dusty and smelly room and careless and slow staff

Что понравилось ✔️ Абсолютно новый отель: современный дизайн, приятные номера, удобные кровати, качественное белье, косметика, кофемашина и гладильная доска в номере. ✔️ Отличное расположение. До The Land of Legends можно дойти пешком за несколько минут. Если едете ради парка или шопинга на авеню — это огромный плюс. ✔️ Хорошая SPA-зона: крытый бассейн, хамам, сауна, парная и даже снегогенератор. Фитнес зал. ✔️ Небольшой открытый бассейн с зоной отдыха и баром. ✔️ Доброжелательный персонал. ✔️ Неплохой завтрак. Что пока в доработке Отель только открылся, поэтому некоторые моменты пока ощущаются. • Не работали прикроватные светильники. • Кондиционер практически не регулировался. • На балконе пока нет сушилки для купальников и полотенец. • Пока отсутствуют шаттл и собственный пляж, но, как нам рассказали, этот вопрос уже решается.

10/10 everything was amazing, walking distance to land of legends, free parking, super cool stuff and everything was clean and new, I will put it in my top list for next year. Thank you so much

Amazing hotel

The location was perfect. Close to the beach and also just 3mins walk to lands of legends. Breakfast could be better and as the hotel was recently built some facilities were still not operational ( Games room for exp )

The hotel itself and the location was great. The staf at the restaurant needs proper training. They could not understand english and could not provide a good service. At first they do like they understand and take your order. Later on they either don’t bring what you orderd or bring complete different food. They charge you for what you did not order, and that all because they did not understand you. This should not be a guests problem. Because of the communication one helps you and then doesn’t come back, and then we had to go to the front desk and ask where our waiter is. As a hotel your staf should be well trained as english is a worldwide language. On the next day we had to communicate with them with google translate in order to get the correct food. Also they should have more options in stock at the restaurant. The staf at the front desk was very serviceable and friendly and they could communicate well. I think if they offer the appropriate training for their restaurant staff they could give a much better service! All by all beautiful hotel and a great location.
