The staff are welcoming and friendly. They're supportive. I like the fact that there is food everywhere and drinks. I like the show activities during our stay. I like the fact there are enough swimming spaces. The room was clean, and the toilet was clean. The air-condition was effective. Also, I want to say a very big thank you to Sudena, one of the guests' relations team who took her time to take us around the place . I will definitely come next time There is nothing bad to say about the hotel, to be honest.

Good breakfast. Not for me as a solo traveler but seemed good facility for kids and families. Next to a theme park. Old facility perhaps built in the 80s. It took me quite some time to locate the room the way markings were. You cannot walk to the beach. AC did not work, only the heat. Most items in the breakfast were not kept warm and cold such as fried eggs. Some not fresh enough. No drinking water served in room.

The staff were outstanding — very friendly and always ready to help. The all-inclusive deal is excellent, covering breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, drinks, plus access to the beach and even the beach bar. It made the whole stay feel hassle-free and enjoyable. Check-in was smooth, the facilities are top-class, and it was a pleasant surprise to find that even baby milk was available free of charge. Another big plus is the location — the hotel is super close to The Land of Legends, just walking distance away, which was incredibly convenient for family outings. Overall, this hotel is a fantastic choice for families. With so many activities for kids, a stress-free all-inclusive package, and such a prime location, we couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommended!

The staff was kind, the bed was comfortable. There are plenty of type of foods during breakfast/lunch/dinner. There was a shuttle bus in every 30min to the beach which took some minutes to get there. There is a small bar at the beach where you can get drinks/food/ice-cream, fruits during the day. They provide beach towel which can be changed daily. We arrived before check-in time due to our early flight. The staff at the reception offered a room with 2 single beds which was available (instead of 1 double bed + 1 single bed). We were ok with the 2 single beds. But the receptionist forgot to mention that this means that probably we get a smaller room and basically no balcony (we could hang out some bathing suits, but there was no space to neither step outside...). The room smelled smoke when we entered (however they confirmed that all the rooms are non-smoking). The room faced to the pool and stage from where the whole day extremely loud music could be heard, so it was impossible to have the window open. The cleaning was okayish, nothing extra. The beach is far by walking, we always needed to take the shuttle - except once when the shuttle bus left some mins earlier that its schedule. In the restaurant there were a lot of flies, flying from one food to the other, it was very disgusting and unhygienic. The weird thing was that outside there were not many flies, so something wrong should have been happening in the restaurant itself..

Nice hotel, there food is delicious, big and diverse facility and most importantly the price is convenient. Not in contact with the beach.

The food was so good the dinner was a lot of options and it’s so delicious, there was a lot of pools and the slides are good, they clean the pools every night but there was a bit not good smell in the big pool . We liked that it’s 8 min walking of land of legend . The kids club was so cool my baby so enjoyed love it , there was an entertaining team was so friendly . We enjoyed our stay There was a touristic office name jolly we went with them to city tour and their wasn’t an air conditioning in the bus and it was so bad and so hot we where with a children . The staff in the hotel not always welcoming and they a little bit sometimes rude The standard rooms are small there was 1 big bed and 1 single bed .. some of the rooms are noisy .

At the beginning of my stay, I faced an issue with my reservation. However, Darya Yıldız, the Guest Manager, immediately stepped in as soon as she noticed I was unhappy at the reception—without even needing to be called. She quickly inquired about the issue and resolved it 100% within just a few minutes. She completely turned my frustration into total satisfaction. ‏Her professionalism is outstanding. It’s clear she deeply respects the resort’s reputation and genuinely cares about guest satisfaction. She was the first person who made my stay here truly comfortable and enjoyable. ‏The resort itself is good—very close to Land of Legends and great for families with kids, offering a wide variety of activities and events. In general, the staff are friendly and always willing to help with anything you need. ‏I’d like to extend my special thanks to: ‏Nisa – A receptionist who is extremely friendly and always smiling. She made me feel like I was talking to a friend. She responds to any requests immediately, and even when I didn’t ask, she would step in and help the moment she noticed I needed something. Honestly, Nisa is one of the best front desk staff I’ve ever encountered. ‏Sudenaz Gultekih – the most lovely Guest Agent. She welcomes you and sends you off with a beautiful smile. She often checks in personally to ensure everything is okay and asks if anything is missing. Her elegant, thoughtful approach truly stands out. ‏Aysel – Our amazing housekeeper. She speaks our language, which was incredibly helpful. She was always present, offering quick and clean service with a warm welcome every time. Aysel played a major role in making our stay at the resort so comfortable. ‏Cumali Sari – A kind, cheerful bell captain who is always ready to assist with a friendly attitude. ‏Nurgul – A lovely waitress at the restaurant, always present with a helpful and warm spirit.

Location near to land if legend Dirty walls, mattresses, dirty blankets...I had to ask them to change the blankts. The room is very old, ripped mattresses and blankets. Bad smell in corridors. Very limited option at the buffet, tasteless food. Snack bar that closes at 5pm near the water slides. Insufficient number of sunbeds near the pools, when I complained to customer relation office the answer was: sorry we can't do anything. Mold at the ceiling of the bathroom, bad smell coming from toilet and drains. Loud Noise at night coming from the main street but also from resident at the corridors, because of the poor insulation, it feels like we were sleeping in a camping tent not a 5stars hotel! We were tired Definitely not a 5 stars hotels. And I regret staying there!!
