Good Family Resort, But Not a Luxury Experience Excellent facilities for families with children. The water park, beach, and all-inclusive food options kept our kids happy throughout the stay. The resort offers good value for money. It caters more to Turkish local taste which is not necessarily a bad thing, you get to experience their culture and food more. However, cleanliness could be improved, and the buffet became very crowded during peak times. Our final impression was also affected by a couple of staff interactions that felt unnecessarily unfriendly, especially considering this is a family-oriented resort.

The pools were very good The water park was good The hotel was clean And there was a wide variety of food More meat dishes, more active and happier fan team, The room keys kept breaking, which was very annoying.

Property close to big shopping area where you can walk and buy good brands and spend time. Beach is 4 mins by private shuttle, sauna, hamam, animation at night, big swimming areas. The main buffet had less food options than I expected, for example kebabs or other Turkish meats, no seafood options at all, I saw maybe one fish during lunch time. Sometimes you have to stay for while to wait for omelette. The cleanliness of beach could be improved especially for restroom. You have to stay al least 6 nights to use other restaurants free even you have all inclusive package. The walls or rooms are not sound proof

It literally includes everything from breakfast to dinner to cafes and pool bars and ice creams. We also informed them it was our honeymoon and they gifted us an in room breakfast for 1 day Nothing

The pool. the location. the breakfast. the room cleanness. the toilet cleanness. the shower drain was blocked, and it took the hotel 2 days to finally get a worker to fix it. the noise from the toilet exhaust. the waiters attitude. the spa staff attitude. the main restaurant manager attitude when he turns off and on the light @ 9 pm till everyone leaves!. it was very unprofessional unexpected act. will never consider going back to this hotel.

The sliding water games should be opened all time. The Resort is NOT at the beach directly!

The beach is a bit far so you are dependent on the shuttle bus.The stones on the pool area can be slippery.

Very nice and modern hotel with great facilities. Rooms are new, clean and very spacious. Food was amazing, there was a big variety and it always tasted yummy. The pool was very nice, dj at the pool and animation are super friendly. Staff at the hotel are all very welcoming. The property is located on the main road, next to local farms. At night it can get noisy with cars driving past if the balcony is open. The beach is 10 min away, with a free shuttle provided to it. However, the facilities at the beach aren’t so nice and we felt it was more pleasant by the pool.
