The hotel is all-inclusive, making it very convenient for families. The location is excellent, with direct access to the Land of Legends waterpark, which was a huge highlight for our kids. The hotel is also extremely kid-friendly, offering a wide variety of kids’ club activities and entertainment that kept our children engaged and happy throughout the stay. Unfortunately, after eating at the hotel’s buffet, I became seriously ill with what appeared to be food poisoning. I spent the next two days confined to our room, missing valuable holiday time with my kids. It was heartbreaking to lose such a significant part of our family vacation. Another major disappointment was the airport transfer service. We paid €170 for what we expected to be a premium experience, but instead we had to wait almost 45 minutes outside in the intense heat before being picked up. With young children and the price we paid, this level of service was completely unacceptable. In addition, many of the hotel’s facilities felt dirty, poorly maintained, and outdated. For a hotel of this reputation and price, I expected much higher standards of cleanliness and maintenance.

It is my 3rd time staying in your hotel. Pros: All inclusive, location, services of the hotel like kids club, bus shuttle to beach and swimming pool. the hotel decor and rooms are dated. The cleanness level declined (noticed in the lobby in the basement, restaurant tables, kids club where a child threw up and it wasn’t noticed or cleaned for 45 minutes until i reported to the kids club employee).

I like the theme park, the all inclusive concept, the hotel in general is great. Clean, child friendly, tons of activity options available… our daughters always want to come back. None of the outdoor pools are heated so in between seasons it’s difficult for the kids to enjoy the pools.

How everything is curated for kids and they loved every single second and in the same time you provided entertainment for the adults I didnt like that the buffet didn't have new things everyday like it used to 2years ago. Two years ago they had the classic set buffet menu and added a new corner and cuisine every night. We stayed 5 nights and really got bored from the food. But other than that, everything was perfect

It was Kids friendly property, kids club, water park and slides, soft drinks at B floor were good, and the food is good at the main restaurant that will be opened at specific time for breakfast, lunch and dinner at B floor. also, few points already added to your bracelet that you can exchange with ice cream from limited locations. The overall property is overrated; it is too expensive for nothing special comparing to other luxury hotels, the room is not isolated, you have to pay extra charge for each child regardless of the room or child age, fast-track price changes each day "Like Stock" and you will not get fast-track priority for most of the games, also you will pay for anything you order at the water park area "Not All Inclusive as mentioned", and the food at the was not good at the Lunch restaurant at the water park location.

Halil was great at our arrival and Tenzile was amazing at our lunches and dinners. Tenzile take care of our children meals and our seating and everything. Ceylan was also good at basement cafe. We were a bit upset at the first morning breakfast service but guests relations immediately take care of our complaint. Thanks to Alicia Büttner

This is amazing place for spending time with kids. It's like real fairytale Kingdom) My daughter was so happy! We like everything, breakfast, location and really friendly and helpful staff. Our room and view was excellent! It was noisy and too much people during the breakfast and dinner, feels overcrowded. Sometimes was hard to find place for dinner in evening. And they forgot about my birthday((
