Wonderful, comfortable and what an amazing breakfast buffet! Nothing!

Room was clean and spacious enough. Refused to issue invoice to my company details. They claimed the booking.com shall do this (but booking.com does not issue invoices). First time this happened to me. My room was facing the street and it was super noisy during day and night. The coffee from the coffee machines was totally undrinkable.

Comfobrtable and family hotel with clean beds and a nice location, close to everything but a car is needed for getting around. There’s a mall nearby and an outdoor market about a 15-minute walk; both are nice." اتجاه القبله موجود في الغرف "The staff can be a bit strict — for example, my son was told to sit on the couch while another guest lying nearby wasn’t addressed. The concierge is helpful for transport but doesn’t organize activities or buy tickets for attractions. We also tried room service and the food was very poor."

housekeeping is very good. Location is ok by taxi only 10 minutes to the downtown The quality of the guests seems not to be a family friendly hotel. At the closed pool me and my husband could not swim cause of two guests marking love in the pool ? Also we requested someone to take our bags upon checking out, but no one came and we had to take it by ourselves. The pool at the rooftop is small to swim in if guests are 5 or 6. We want to order coffee at the rooftop but no one is there. (It was 11:00am). We did not find a towels desk by the pool, one Staff told us we should go to the Spa area at 2nd floor, so we went there and collected the towels. The breakfast is average for hilton as an international chain, limited varsities and miss the turkish vibes in food. Staff need to be trained to attend to customer needs as my husband was taking the empty dishes and doing the clearance of the table by himself. We booked a taxi from an application and when the taxi arrived, the bellboy asked us to cancel it and take another taxi by the hotel, but we refused.

Great breakfast, very comfortable and spacious rooms. also very close to centre, 20 mins walk that wasnt bad. The staff gave us a free breakfast upgrade which was pleasant as well.

the breakfast was good, the house keeping lady was very helpfull, nice and cheerfull who is working in 4th floor with Wite hair i think her name Nazly Gol ( not sure) the people in front office was very unfreindly, and one Elevator only was working during my Entire stay, accordingly we have to wait for the left not less then 10 mnts to come, and it will stiop in each floor

They have only two lifts and one of them was out of order for the whole six days stay Unhelpful and unfriendly stuff, the most friendly one was the cleaner of the room
