City Moonlight Apart Hotel

The hotel is comfortable, clean, and in a very convenient location. It is close to MarkAntalya Mall and about a 14-minute walk from Kaleiçi (Old Town). You can easily reach the hotel by Tram T1 — get off at Muratpaşa station near the mall and walk about 5 minutes to the hotel. There are bakeries, shops, and restaurants very close to the hotel, which makes everything very convenient. The staff are excellent, very friendly and helpful. They always provide useful tips and assistance. At breakfast there is a nice buffet, and Yasmin prepares fresh hot breakfast such as fried eggs or omelettes. The simit served at breakfast was warm and very delicious. We will definitely book the same hotel again on our next visit. ⭐ The only downside during our stay was that there were some renovation works, and the pool was not operating at the time.

The location was close to all prime locations in Antalya. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool is a bit too small but that was not a big problem.

The hotel was clean & the staff was helpful. The breakfast was good and the ladies in the cafe were so nice & helpful. The manager did not accept our payment in € only in Turkish liras, but He overvalue our payment according with Today change. Today 1€ = 40 liras , but he considered 1€ = 47 liras. It was absolutely not fair. Also We reserved one Luxury Apartment for 4 people with one bedroom and one sofa bed , but was a simple sofa with a cot. No towels, sheets, pillows & blankets for 2 persons. Thanks a young receptionist for your help !!!

What really stood out was the exceptional service at the reception. The staff were always helpful, welcoming, and ready to assist with anything we needed — truly professional and friendly. Every morning, breakfast was a delight, thanks to the two lovely and smiley girls who prepared it with care. They always greeted us with kindness and made sure we got exactly what we wanted to eat, adding a personal and warm touch to the start of each day. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a pleasant and well-managed place to stay

The receptionist was friendly and recommend a good restaurant. , Disappointing Stay – Not Recommended Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was a major disappointment. The surrounding area felt quite rough and not particularly safe, especially after dark. The sofa in the room? It looked like it had more stains on it than the casting couch—absolutely unacceptable for any hospitality standard. Breakfast was equally underwhelming: a limited selection of cheese, a single type of processed meat tube, and a few stale pastries. It felt more like an afterthought than a genuine attempt to offer a decent morning meal. To top it off, the pool was completely drained. This was not disclosed in advance, which was frustrating given that it was one of the key amenities advertised. All in all, this property did not meet expectations in any category. I would not recommend it, and I certainly won’t be returning.

Large rooms. Staff is friendly especially Mr. Ismail, he is very helpful. Wifi signal is strong unlike most hotels. Very calm street, and very near to the city center. Very near mosque, great choice for muslims. The shower is so good. The woman in the breakfast is very kind and helpful. The lighting in rooms must be better, its poor at night. The pool is small. The fitness center is only dumbels and treadmills The breakfast variety should be better. No cleaning service.

Very spacious apartment Complete kitchen. Very clean Not all staff speak English, but I used Google translate. A complete Shopping mall is closed by. I would recommend. The surrounding. Homeless. The hotel is in the middle of a neighborhood. Walking 2 blocks in any direction to reach main streets.
