The personnel is very polite and professional. I would like to highlight the man who met us at the reception, his name is ESER, very good and professional employee. He speaks in several languages including Russian. He and his staff were doing everything in a just second to please not only us but the other guests as well. Thank you Eser bey for your hospitality.

Hotel was nice, clean and comfortable the staff were very helpful too. Asuma the receptionist was lovely very helpful and polite. The location wasn’t great and not really much of bar area there.

The receptionist Mrs.Asuman was helpful and kind and all of the staff were kind and smiley. Very efficient staff keeping a well maintained clean hotel for their visitors.

The room was big and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a nice sitting area near the reception. Not the hotel's fault, but some of the guests were very loud and undisciplined. My room was next to a family's, and the first night I couldn't sleep at all. Also, the breakfast room was very crowded and loud.

Nothing Nothing in this hotel was close to the describsion. We have book a Deluxe Suite in 30 m2 - the room was not more than 12 m2. They write they could serve dinner for 10 Euro. They do not own a restaurant - so that was a lie as well.

The beds are uncomfortable, the pillows were horrible. The curtains are seen trough, when the sun comes up, the outside lights wil be inside.I have booked for the 8-9 of July stay , I spoke with the manager because the booking was a mistake , he said it's okay we will help you, but booking is trying to contact them and they don't answer. I let someone call them and the lady was rude and hung the phone up. The staff can be nicer. 90% of the staff is rude to people after checking in.

Only the location is near from city centre The hotel furniture is very dirty and the rooms is very small. The pictures shown in the booking is far a way from the reality, where is the hotel facade and rooms are very dirty . The WC is also is very eng and some bad duftes comes out from it. You hear the noice and any conversation from the rooms beside your room, that meaning there is no isolation. The breakfast is very low rate and not fit in the requirements specially coffee machines is really not really coffee and the breakfast totally is bad . By reclamation for our room the manager he doesn’t care about our reclamation and says send your reclamation to booking . The reception woman is was really helpful and try to do any solutions. This hotel is impossible to score like 4 starts and I recommend booking to visit this hotel and say how they can rate it. Our holiday was Influenced by this hotel and really give us very negative image for booking. I don’t recommend anyone to book this hotel specifically for family

Location was relatively close to the airport and old town It didn’t look and feel like a 4 star hotel. Not worth the money charged at all. More like bed an breakfast than a real hotel. felt like 2 star.. very small rooms, very basic toiletries provided, staff don’t understand english, rooms don’t have USB outlet nor do they have an adapter.. bring your international adapter with you.

staff in the reception were very active to support & hotel very clean with decent breakfast and LED sign on door was useful some staff in the reception were not able to understand English & rude for example replacing room trash bin not working took 3 days

I would like to thank Asuman for her services. and kind greeting. I like the room the gave is is very spacious and modern. Breakfast is excelent...variety of food was more than enoughr ..actually you dont know what to choose :) Spa looks little bit tired but for pirce given it is good to realax.
