From the moment I entered the room, something felt wrong. There was trash on the floor, and when I tried to close the curtain, the curtain rod fell and hit my head. That made me question the condition of the room. So I looked more carefully. That was when I noticed what appeared to be bed bugs. Before unpacking any of my belongings, I immediately documented everything with photos and videos. I went straight to the reception desk and explained the situation. Considering how serious this issue can be, I expected immediate assistance. Instead, I was told that if I wanted to speak to someone about it, I would have to wait until the hotel manager arrived around noon the following day. No practical assistance was offered, and no solution was provided that night. Because I did not feel safe returning to the room, I had no choice but to spend the entire night and remain in the hotel lobby until the following afternoon, exhausted and without proper rest, simply waiting for the manager to arrive. When I finally met the manager, she completely denied that there were any bed bugs anywhere in the hotel. She even suggested that I might have brought them in my own luggage. After I showed her the photos and videos I had taken, her explanation changed. She then told me that bed bugs can be found in hotels and homes and that this is normal. I completely disagree. Bed bugs are not something that should ever be considered normal in a hotel. What made the situation even more confusing was what happened next. After reviewing the photos and videos I had shared, the manager offered to move me to a larger room. However, that was never the issue. I was not looking for a bigger room or a complimentary upgrade. I expected the hotel to acknowledge what had happened, take responsibility for the experience, express genuine regret and simply apologize.

Good and clean Close to Market mall of Antalya Nice price The isolation but the rooms

Location is very good, breakfast is standard but good. Rooms were clean and tidy. (Gym closes 10pm but still good)

The staff were great. The lady on duty for most of May 5th and the morning of May 6th was exceptional. So is the gentleman in the pre-breakfast hour on May 6th. He helped secure a VIP transportation to Kalkan. The rooms have sewage smell, and cigarette smell.

Will definitely recommend the facility and Ahmed. Needed a kettle and coffee and tea. None provided.

Staff and location It was not clean unfortunately. I kindly asked the cleaner to clean the room because there were a lot of woman hair on the floors. They didn’t clean

Practical They don’t understand English well

It wasn't possible to open the window. Seems to be a peculiarity of this room type (Budget Single Room).

BIG ROOM Air condition not enough for the room ..

The rooms were generally clean, but everything inside felt like it was falling apart and poorly maintained. The location is far from the main attractions and happening spots, so not ideal if you want to explore Antalya easily. Parking is misleading — Booking.com mentions that parking is available, but it’s just street parking, so don’t fall for that. The lobby design was oddly reminiscent of Squid Game, which gave off a strange vibe rather than a welcoming atmosphere. We skipped the breakfast (priced at €4 per person), so I can’t comment on that. Overall, not a place I’d recommend or return to.

Cleaning - staff kind and helpful- location - breakfast good and clean , the women who working in the kitchen so kind and doing well for preparing the food. Compare to value of price Can be improve little bet to have more options for breakfast

The hotel was clean and cheap. The bathroom has a lot of mold in the shower.
