The location

Our Anatolian suite was beautiful. This tiny inn was perfectly situated in Old Town and was a throwback to the British colonial period as it was previously owned by them. Not sure for what. Staff were extremely helpful and breakfast was delightful. The pool area was great and nice for breakfast dining.

The hotel is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Amazing breakfast. Location couldn’t be better. The owner/manager is so helpful and so kind. Was able to extend our stay when I fell ill and was so thankful to be here.

Exceptional

We had a véry nice and huge(!) room (Ottoman suite). Very nice with children, they adored the whirlpool in the bath room. Very nice breakfast with every day some variation. The swimming pool was not open yet (end of April and it was almost the only hotel we saw where it was still closed) and the hotel staff was not helpful in finding a solution (e.g. Giving us adresses of other pools in the neighborhood which was perfectly feasible,...) for the very disappointed children. In general, the personnel was friendly but weren't able to help with tips and advice of things to do in the city and when we asked to do some laundry (1 washing machine with some clothes and no ironing) they wanted to charge 15 euros for this. All this together made us not feeling very welcome.

Ottoman suite was huge. Location was amazing. Breakfast was thoughtful and plentiful. Staff were friendly and helpful. WiFi was fast. Unfortunately, cable tv didn't work so no Netflix, Amazon Prime etc. Pool was unavailable although was listed as a facility when we booked. (Other hotels have their pool ready). Not enough hot water available to use the amazing jacuzzi baths. For the price I would have expected the facilities to be better.

Convenient location for exploring Old Town Antalya. Extremely helpful staff. Be aware that the hotel isn't accessible by Uber etc and therefore getting there seems to require official taxis with permits to go into the old city.

Great friendly staff, small hotel with big rooms, excellent Turkish breakfast with eggs cooked to order, located in the heart of the old town and ideal for restaurants, bars and live music.

The room was lovely. Absolutely massive. Great location in the middle of the old city by the harbour. Staff friendly and gave directions about what to see and do Breakfast was great and loads of it

Very comfortable hotel Inside the ancient Antalya fortress

We recently stayed at this hotel, which has a lovely, old-fashioned charm. The bed linens were clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. However, upon arrival, the unpleasant smell from the bathroom prompted us to request a room change. After inspecting several rooms, we found that the issue was prevalent throughout the hotel. Eventually, we settled for a room with a slightly better situation. During our stay in the Millennium Room, the cleanliness of the bathroom became a major concern. When my son played in the jacuzzi and splashed water everywhere, I used a towel to mop up the floor. To my dismay, the water I wrung out was orange—indicating how dirty the bathroom floor was. After thoroughly cleaning the space ourselves, the smell finally disappeared, and the room became much more pleasant. While the hotel has its unique charm and potential, proper cleaning is crucial to ensuring a better experience for future guests. If the hygiene improves, it could become a wonderful place to stay. For now, I’d suggest proceeding with caution when booking!

Amazing big room in Ottoman style. If you walk outside you find yourself in the old centre of town with small streets, lots of shops, clubs and restaurants. Staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was also nice and made with love. Parking was easy for 10 euro per day. I was lucky that they had some room on the parking nearby. If that was not the case, that could become very difficult.

It's quiet, it's comfortable, and breakfast is nice You feel like home

We stayed on the second floor, in the Ottoman suite. The staff are friendly and attentive. Breakfast is good. They even packed a sack of lunch (at additional cost) at our request upon checkout. Major: The street noise!!! It’s awful! The hotel is located in an area of the old town where cars and motorcycles speed by every few minutes on their way uphill to the Ataturk boulevard all night long until about 4:30 am!!! Their engine noise and the rumbling of tires on the stone pavement reverberates through this old mansion. It’s like a subway train passing by every few minutes. You can also hear drunk people returning from the bars all night long. In the master bedroom, the step-down towards the bathroom is simply dangerous at night! You don’t remember it’s there. I nearly fell off of it on my way to the bathroom and then kicked the dam thing on my way back. Minor: The elevator is not working and there is no bellboy to take your luggage upstairs. You will end up carrying it yourself. The pool is not heated.

The staff were most welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was beautifully served at table and contained enough variety to keep interesting. The food was of great quality. This is not the hotel’s fault at all but the location of our room (called Harem suite) is very noisy as it is right next to one of the main streets leading out of the old city. You really need either to be a heavy sleeper or have a good pair of earphones to stay in this room!
