Location, near a tram stop, is why I stay in this area though this was my first time staying at this hotel. Staff was welcoming and I stayed a second night though this place has definitely seen its better days. The AC works great with a low-grade buzz; not that it was needed for cooling but helped to drown out noise from other guests. The 'Queen' bed was only two twins pushed together so any movement kept creating a crevice in the middle where the mattresses would separate under the sheet. Toilet seat nor lid would stay up. Shower leaked water onto the floor. The room could certainly have used a good cleaning.

Since the hotel is located in the very center, be prepared for some noise from the street.

The location of the hotel is great, 3 minutes away from the tram stop to/from domestic airport and otogar (bus station). The stuff is very friendly and helpful. Ideal to stay 1-2 nights. Very clean bedding and comfy matrasses. Loud music from the restaurants across the street till late night, as everywhere in Turkey. Worn out bathroom.

Great location! It will not be that noisy as in the down part of the city that is close to the sea. The reception team is ready to help anytime. The bathroom needs definitely refurbished

The location only. It was very very dirty. I sometimes had the impression that they never cleaned it since they built it. I basically had to use tshirt to cover my pillow. Otherwise it felt so dirty that I couldn’t sleep

The location is perfect and the staff was amazing and very friendly. They helped me when I faced a problem with charging my mobile phone and offered helpful solutions. There’s an elevator and a small shared area with free tea and coffee. Nothing, everything was perfect.
