The owner was amazing and helped me alot plus the food was something to be mentioned You have to choose well as the street won’t sleep and too loud, if you are okay with that then ln it is good. Adding the rooms and the place is too small you have to keep in mind.

Super helpful receptionist, nice shower & comfy bed, right in centre of old town - would definitely recommend!

Too much noise. Though hotel people did mention. For people who wants to sleep early and wake up early- this place should be avoided.

That said, I guess it’s part of the travel adventure—especially when staying in a lively area! On the bright side, the room itself was nice, and the location was amazing—right inside Kaleiçi (the Old Town). I really enjoyed the late-night walks around the area, which made the experience still memorable. However, I didn’t appreciate a moment of miscommunication regarding a taxi. Two staff members spoke in Turkish right in front of me, and it was quite obvious they were talking about me and my reaction. Even without understanding the language, the tone and situation made it clear, especially as I was already feeling disappointed. It’s not about the language—it’s about the way it was handled. It felt uncomfortable and came across as unprofessional.

The hotel was very good, the location is wonderful, center of the downtown and very close to all needed areas, restaurants, beach, transportation and many more. The staff were friendly and helpful, and helped us with all questions or requests asked. I did not book the hotel with breakfast, so don’t know if it was good or bad. The area was very noisy, parties started around 9-10 pm and continued until 4-5 am, so keep in mind that this area is live and not good if you want to sleep of feel comfortable in your room, while walking, i saw this in all hotels in the downtown. In my experience, i would choose a hotel outside the downtown as i have a 2 years old kid and my wife, and we could not sleep due to the noise.

Spacious rooms, charming interior design, attentive management, very quiet boutique hotel Absolutely nothing!

The price was ok and the location very convenient, it was easy to move on foot to pretty much anywhere. The hotel restaurant was also quite good for a decent price. The sound of the bars around was not as bad as they make it sound. But the early morning trash truck is extremely bad. It doesn't look good also to look out the window and have a stock of empty beer bottles and two huge trash bins with people throwing bottles there all the time, also not too sanitary tbh. The room was tiny, for one person ok, if you're in couple, it's impossible to open two small suitcases.

The loud noise all night long. The awful parking, the long and narrow stairs to the room, the shower drain that does not drain, the slowest internet and specially the extra breakfast ordered - comprised of some olives and a 2-egg omellete for a family of 3.

I arrived at the hotel before lunch. Since I was tired after the road, I asked if it was possible to check in early. To which the owner of the hotel said that I would have to pay extra for this. Although the room was free. And I checked on booking in advance and the hotel representatives wrote to me through messages that I would not have to pay extra. I had to pay 500 lira. The room itself is very small. From the bed to the wall no more than 50 centimeters. The room is on the first floor and near the window there are several garbage bins. There was constant noise: garbage was thrown out, bottles were banging. Empty bottles were also stacked outside the window. Crates were constantly placed, which created additional noise. Now about breakfast. Breakfast was from nine o'clock. When I came for breakfast, I was asked to come later. The breakfast is very meager. In the photo, breakfast and nothing else so that you can choose yourself. The owner himself brought the plate. I asked for an egg to be boiled. I am attaching all the photos. I wish those planning to check into this hotel to think carefully before checking in there. I was at the hotel for 24 hours and no one even bothered to clean the room and the trash can was full, apparently from the previous tenants.

Everything else other than the location

The host Mr metin and his wife was so nice to us and they even informed us before we came that the area will be crowded at night and if we want to cancel they will not take cancellations fee which I find very mindful from the host to inform us that, they also recommend us nice places in Antalya to go to, so they were very helpful a special thank to them. Tha hotel is so cozy and beautiful and it has the perfect location since it’s located in the old town and it’s near from the beach and so many nice places.

Location and staff were good Noise of night club around

Nothing Unfortunately, the experience was far from what I expected. From the moment we arrived, the service was unacceptable. When we politely asked to change the room due to its poor condition, we were shocked by the rude and aggressive response from the staff – they shouted at us, saying “this is the only room available and we cannot do anything about it.” The noise levels at night were unbearable. It wasn’t just the surrounding bars; the hotel itself is built entirely of wood, which means you hear every footstep, conversation, and door creak – making it impossible to sleep. I didn’t get a single hour of proper rest throughout the stay. The most frustrating incident happened after we left the “please clean the room” sign on the door and came back after a long day only to find the room untouched: dirty towels still wet, garbage bins full, and nothing cleaned. When we asked why, we were told “the staff is off today” – which is completely unprofessional and unacceptable in hospitality. We had to clean the room ourselves and take the garbage bin away behind the hotel just to make it bearable to sleep in. Additionally, despite informing them that I have a 6-year-old child, they placed us in a room that required climbing two huge, steps wooden stairs just to reach the child’s bed and the bathroom. This was not only inconvenient but seriously unsafe, especially for a child. This was not a vacation – it felt more like a punishment. The combination of poor service, lack of cleanliness, constant noise, and unsafe design made this one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I strongly urge Booking.com to reconsider listing this hotel or at least investigate the conditions. I would also request a refund, as this was absolutely not the experience I paid for.

Everything was perfect! Got a deal on Booking.com for like 50% off so I took it, and for the price it was super high quality!! Even had parking and staff extremely helpful with parking the car in the narrow spaces haha. Close to everything. Felt like a luxury experience for a low price. The noise is constant. Expect loud music and people laughing and chatting until 2-3 AM every night, 4 AM on weekends! But that's not Oldie's fault, that's just the location. All hotels in the area will have same complication.

Comfortable, very nice team. Noise

Due to the proximity of the Bars there were noises throughout the night

All of the staff are amazing and were super helpful. Special shoutout to the guy on reception in the evenings who checked us in the first time! The rooms are incredible value for money and are very clean. We were also able to leave our bags for four days whilst we were hiking which was great and again on our last day when we had a late flight. I would 100% recommend staying at Oldies.

The hotel itself and the staff, both very nice. The bar at the bottom of the hotel, really too loud, night-club music played all night long…

The staff was extremely welcoming and nice, the room was clean and well equipped, the hotel is right in the center so it’s easy to walk around and enjoy the city vibe! At night it gets very loud due to several live music bars, unfortunately even at 4 AM they are still blasting music
