Beautiful, elegant room and furnishings The property could use some minor maintenance, such as updating the carpet in the hallway. The access inside is a little odd, but not bad once you know how it works.

The location is incredible -- snack in the middle of old town. You can't get better. The suites themselves are large and well designed. They provide all you need. I really enjoyed my stay. I would only ask that they include washcloths, but I get that this is an "American" preference. I just like to have them since they are easy to wash, so you can use them to pick up spills, wipe down bathroom surfaces, and to scrub your body with. They're just really useful. Thankfully, I brought one with me, and I left it there in case they want to wash it and provide it for the next guest.

The location is great Our apartment only had a bath and not a shower

It is such a beautiful room and the location is amazing The silverware wasn’t really that clean but there is soap and a sponge so it was no problem. Also the overflow control knob in the bath was broken.

This place was absolutely amazing! We would come back to Antwerp just to stay here again. The location is perfect, the place is stunning and it was like having our own apartment in the city. Nothing! It was perfect

I loved the fireplace, the little modern kitchen, the quietness of the property and the neighborhood, and the huge sunken tub. The neighborhood, on the edge of the Old Town, is central to everything. Fanning out from the location in different directions and only a couple of minutes away are the cathedral and central plaza of the old town, the subway to anywhere else, 2 big grocery stores, and the main shopping street (pedestrians only) of the city. My business meeting venue and the main train station are only 5 minutes on the subway. It is an ideal home base for a visit to Antwerp. The white carpeting was a bit on the dirty side, and I would have appreciated a new sponge i the kitchen instead of the used dirty one that was there. I also use wash clothes (face clothes) when bathing and they none. I bought my own.

The first two days was fine till my son was playing around the kitchen and found a dead rate which has been there for long time and he hold it by his hand and luckily we managed to clean his hands and we left the apartment immediately as the smell was very disgusting as well

This is a great apartment in the best location for visiting Antwerp. The apartment is spacious, clean and has everything you need. Access was simple and everything we wanted to see and do was within walking distance. Highly recommended. Maybe smarten up the entrance which is a bit rundown compared to the apartment and could put some people off.

Amazing apartment to stay right in the middle of Antwerp. Guided self check-in was easy to do and I was thoroughly informed via both Booking chat and text. The place was clean, bed and bath were both very comfortable and it was soundproof even though it was on a busy street. The place was within walking distance of everything. Definitely would book again! A guide on how to use the fireplace would have been nice but otherwise it was perfect!

It was very pretty and a comfortable room and bed! It was not very clean, we found some hair, hair ties and clips. Also the bath didnt function very well.
