Convenient location, easy access by tram or taxi. Nice, spacious room for the price. Very clean. Building and room access by Code. Good Wi Fi. Fridge, Iron, Coffee making facilities. Value for money. As there was no staff on the premises, when there was a problem to access the room using the code at about 4PM, one had to call the phone number mentioned online. It was sorted, but I got a message, use phone in an emergency only. What is the meaning or purpose of having an external contact? Noisy at night from the pubs below, which can continue until the early hours of the morning - 3:30 AM!

Value for money. Very very close to the central and shops.Easy check in and check out. Nice room with all the necessary features.

Close to a metro stop. Liked the large comfortable bed. We were able to drop off our luggage before check in. Great location, near all the sites and lots of restaurants Would have been nice to have a table with a couple of chairs.

Nice room, fresh and bright space with comfortable beds and spacious bathroom. Literally around the corner of the historical centre of Antwerp and nearby loads of nightlife There is quite a bit of noise at night as the result of nightlife. There were earplugs provided

Great potential, maybe once it was really good? Poor hygiene, including mold on the shower curtain. In this price range, a shower curtain shouldn’t be there in the first place. The bed was uncomfortable, and there was a lot of noise throughout the stay. This hotel has clearly lost its former glory. It falls just short in too many areas, which is a real shame.

Very nice and modern apartment in center of Antwerp; very clean and spacious. Contact with owner via chat was clear. As we were on the top floor it was quite hot; even with the windows open

The location was fantastic. Practically walk to all the touristic spots. Great restaurants nearby. Also a nice restaurant downstairs. Overall stay was very pleasant. Well looked after premises.

The hassle-free check in. Lots of light, pictures look great. Inside room was hot and loud when window open, like sleepless night in a sauna, Air-con not functioning. Asked for room move/fix, nothing happened, everything full and no refund/ compensation of any kind from the hotel. A lot of time spent just trying to communicate, but nothing done. Bathroom was not clean and room was with dust (could be from the road). Highly recommend if comfortable stay/sleep is not your priority as location is great.
