The location was great! Our room was very clean, spacious, smelled good. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was friendly and willing to make sure we had everything needed. Parking was nearby but not at the property and due to a festival some of the streets were blocked off and difficult to navigate.

This is such a lovely hotel. It is so central and yet our rooms were so quiet at night. The rooms are very comfy and very clean with a lot of space. There was a very efficient air con system. The breakfast was delicious and managed by such lovely staff who helped us make waffles each morning! We really appreciated the wonderful warm welcome by all the reception staff who were so friendly and helpful. It’s a great hotel to stay in.

Location Parking is a bit further away from the hotel but no information. It would be good to inform before. Hotel room was renovated and cleaned. However it smells terrible during the night. They need to check ventilator.

The Hotel is in a very quiet spot of Antwerpen, but everything is just a walk away as it is located very centrally. The hotel is undergoing a major expansion, but there was no work when we stayed at the hotel. Staff was very friendly, rooms are comfy and clean. The breakfast was good, but for the price I'd have wished for more diversity!
