Erik was outstanding… Reachable by WhatsApp. He waited for us to check in though our flight was delayed… he accommodated us for late breakfast once. Not to mention that we left our bags late on our check out day. Property management and proximity to downtown

Eric was a wonderful host and the breakfast was very nice. The room was shabby and in need of repairs.

Location, the loft, the staff It is all a bit old and worn, and we even had the most expensive room. Price wise it was okay but dont expect the most beautiful design. Staff was super nice though, as is the location!

They did mention there is no lift, and that wasn't a problem for me. However ...if you can't do a flight or two of stairs, it is something to be aware of.

At check out, I was told my balance is 35 euro, which includes breakfast and city tax for 2 persons. I gave the owner 50 euro. He did not give me the change. Later I found out the city tax is 3 euro per guest. The right charge should be 30 euro. So I was overcharged by 20 euro.

The wifi kept kicking me out. Not a huge deal for me but if someone relies on it they should note.

Really quiet, comfortable bed, but the bathroom and room decorations felt like they could benefit from a refresh.

Owner was very friendly and helpful, the beds were very comfortable and the rooms were brilliant The stairs but it's a protected building and they are not allowed lifts, they were also very clear on the fact that there were no lifts before we booked!
