No AC in the bedroom downstairs- we didn't mind since it was cool even mid June- but if it's something that will bother you, it might be a problem.

The slightest bit of outside noise at late hours but easily ignored

Location Flexibility of host If I had known the room was directly on the street, I would not have booked it. We were told by the person who checked us in that it would not be noisy, especially on a Sunday night. Well, she was absolutely wrong. We could hear all the noises during the night (cars, people talking loudly). In addition, the other guests who stayed at the room upstairs did not have any consideration nor respect whatsoever and slammed the door quite hard when they returned. We barely slept. Would not recommend that room.

Great location. Very spacious. Excellent communication with the host. The street noise is a bit annoying later at night on a weekend.

It was located in almost 2 min walking distance to the old town square. The room itself was a big studio apartment with its own kitchen. The bathroom was big enough and clean. The staff especially were very friendly and helped us to get in and for parking lot. (Suite 11 doesn't have its own parking lot but there's a public car park ca. 150 m away.) There's nothing not to like actually. Just wanted to point out, that the survey question regarding the view was not applicable from my point of view because it's located on a street, which I don't count as a "view". :)

Property is very close to the main city, a few minutes walk. Very clean and well equipped. We stayed in the downstairs apartment which was perfect. The owner met us when we were ready to check in and showed us around the apartment. Would stay here again if we return to Antwerp Nothing

Location and the facilities of the room. It was difficult to use narrow stairs.

Except the staircase to go upstairs. I really liked staying in this place. The owner is nice and gave us a warm welcome. It’s right in the heart of Antwerp. Really enjoyed my stay. The staircase.
