The house is exactly like to photos The drama to get the security deposit back is extremely disrespectful. Over a week since our stay and we haven’t got our money back. It’s a pity that we have to deal with this situation.

The location is simply fantastic. In 2 minutes you can walk to the very heart of Antwerp. There are cafeterias and restaurants just around the corner and yet the house is in a very quiet street. - I was surprised to be asked for a 500eur damage/caution money when we arrived. The host said that this is written on the website but it is not very clear/obvious. It made me a bit stressed. - It is a pity that you are welcomed by a very bad smell of fish when you arrive. The street stinks of fish. - Beware that the house is not suitable for young kids or for people who cannot go up and downs stairs very easily (a lot of stairs + stairs without protection) - not much privacy in the bedrooms, doors don't lock properly and sound travels easily (-;

Location was excellent, the host was very nice, despite we arrived late in the afternoon.

The host took a deposit of 500 and did not return it until I messaged and complained about it. Host said it was done by mistake but it took over 3 weeks to return payment

design and interior of the house quality of mattress and inside of kitchen cupboards, drawers was dirty :(

The owner was very friendly and professional, the house was well prepared and clean, the location was excellent. Everything was excellent but we were a big family with a lot of baggages and we needed elevator to lift them.

Such a great location, and a lovely apartment. Fairly close to the metro if you need it. Shops and restaurants nearby, and easily walkable to the city square. The apartment was nicely decorated, and clean. The stairs could be unnerving for some guests.

Pretty nice, modern & quite space. Linda was also a very friendly host. I definitely recommend booking her place! Could have shared the fact that we had to pay for a deposit before booking.
