Modern, newly renovated hotel. Good location. The person checking us in was not helpful. On arrival, about 1:45 pm we asked if by chance our room was ready. Without even knowing who we were we were told that it was not. When we challenged the receptionist how would she know, not even knowing our names, she indicated that the hotel had been full and many rooms needed to be cleaned. As if they would all be cleaned magically at the same moment. It was mean spirited. 15 minutes later, after we had changed in the rest room another person informed us that yes, our room is ready. But the the first interaction left a bitter taste.

Very new modern hotel in a perfect, probably the best in the city, location. Everything was fine, but I would have been glad if there had been a kettle in the room and a charging station in the parking lot.

The staff was super nice and helpful at all times. The room was spacious and very clean, plus it had a lot of places to place things. The location of the hotel is also great, in walking distance to the main sightseeing spots in Antwerpen, and cool restaurants and bars.

The hotel is in a very cool part of Antwerp. Close to the cathedral, fort, and square while still walkable to the train and mall. Stay in a more “local feeling” part of the city with updated amenities and rooms. Staff is friendly and speedy with their assistance. 10/10. N/A

Excellent location, excellent value, modern and new and comfortable without being fussy or overly done. Room would benefit from a small mini bar / refrigerator like most hotels have, and it was a bit tricky figuring out how to turn off all the lights at night but I eventually managed it.

Very clean and the staff were tremendously helpful. Amazing safe location near terraces, restaurants, and a short walk from the city center. The AC did not work well and there was no shower door which would flood the bathroom floor.

The hotel is very beautifully designed. The room was small (but that was to be expected), but very comfortable and clean. Great location. Would stay here anytime I’m in Antwerp!
