Central, quiet location just around the corner from the central train station. Parking under the hotel for an extra 25 euros, good value for money. Staff were excellent, Filip in particular gave us a great description of where best to walk on arrival. A wall in the bedroom had a number of large scuff marks on it. Staff were lovely and very helpful! On the day off checkout we wanted to explore the city but we could only leave the car until 1400. Their reasoning was that they needed the spots for new check ins but the carpark was more then half empty...

Dyana who ran the breakfast knew I was coeliac before I told her, from my room number (from my informing the hotel upon booking). She also remembered the next day. Good A/C and water pressure. None of the reading or side lamps in our room worked. No daily room service policy is amateurish (cost cutting disguised as eco sensitive).

The bed was super comfy, we slept so well. The room was clean, modern and well equipped. The location is perfect, only a street away from the shops in the centre. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotels private parking is quite expensive at 25 euros per night. No iron in the room.
