Not organized. Very old. Door handle look and feel like it’s going to breakdown. Shampoo was given one package (ketchup package from McDonald’s) per person. For the price they charged, I advise you not to stay here. Everything is old, down to the shower handle.

Actually nothing. These apartments are not worth considering - the photos are misleading, the reality is worse than in the photos. We booked an apartment for 4 nights, arrived, were unpleasantly surprised and left to a different accommodation that we needed to book ASAP. The hotel manager told us that we would get a full refund, but we only got 50%. Smell of cigarettes in the apartment and in the kitchen especially, dirt on the floor, some insects on the walls. The place had a very weird atmosphere, we immediately didn't like it for some reason. Parking space was small and with a different car leaning to our parking space. With an atmosphere of some underground from the phantom of the opera.

Location Internet was very slow! Many non-essential things were broken. Street noise was extreme.

The executive apartment we stayed is very big and comfortable, well equipped. The parking is directly under the building. The location is good.

It’s okay as it is, and there’s nothing wrong with it except the cleanliness I stayed for several days, and I asked for an extension. I was told, “When your current stay ends, we will extend it for you.” But when my stay ended, I was then told that there was nothing available. That was not good or acceptable bad behavior

Didn’t have much options to book but it’s close to the central station I’m really chock with the behavior of the French speaker cleaner. She was cleaning the room beside and and I put the bin outside like any hotel totally normal. Then soon she was beating my door hard She called my attention saying that I couldn't put the trash out there. I had to get the bin back to my room otherwise she could attack me. I spoked with the reception they don’t do nothing. I had stay more then a weeks so I need a cleaning but she actually don’t clean the table the coffee table the sink and kitchen the bed side tables she don’t clean bellow the beds she don’t clean the stand of TV she don’t clean the bathroom properly she only clean the floor and mirror. Complain to then they don’t do nothing not even 1 Euro discount. I was completely stressed with this disrespectful situation and I think this make even sick.

The room is spacious. Comes with a kitchen. The facilities were quite old. Wifi was a bit slow.

Exceptional

Had parking and good location. The shower kept flooding when showering. We asked for towels to clean away the water but the cleaner wouldn’t. So we used a towel to clean it up slowly. The kitchen extractor fan didn’t work. Didn’t know that pets were allowed in the building.

In a room meant for four people, we were given only one key for the main door for Shabbat, which was a major inconvenience. Each bed had just one flimsy pillow, and when I requested more pillows, they informed me that none were available. Additionally, there was no lock on the bathroom door.
