Spacious and clean. The room is beautiful and the big windows are amazing. Really liked the place, with a short walk you’re in the centre. Supermarket and Kruidvat are close by. Great parkingplace for low price and the staff was just amazing!!!! Definitely I will go back here Everything was perfect

I had a bad experience at this hotel. It’s right on a busy main road, so there was constant noise from cars and sirens all night. I booked a double bed but was given a twin room, and the receptionist said there were no doubles available. When I asked to upgrade to a suite, I was told it was too expensive and he have no time for that because he have to go home, very unprofessional. They also called me during work just to ask what time I’d check in because the hotel “closes” at 5 PM, which was strange. The 250€ deposit for one night was excessive, and during checkout, the receptionist made me wait while he checked the room for any missing items before giving the deposit back in front of other guests, which felt uncomfortable and unnecessary. Overall, the staff were not helpful or welcoming, and I wouldn’t stay here again.

It was very modern, and clean, and not too far from the train station and Bier Central where I met friends. Walking that area after dark is a bit dodgy but I did it at 2300h and it was fine. Also, having its own parking garage is a huge advantage. My room was right by the elevator and got a bit noisy but didn’t last long.

This hotel is OK, The staff is very nice and friendly! A lot of places to eat and supermarket are close to the hotel I didn't understand when I was ordering that both double beds are in the same room, that was not comfortable

Needs to be update a little bit. But the service was terrible. No real eye contact or respect shown. It was as if we were bothering them. We were only trying to check-in and check out. Also they sent us to the most expensive parking garage even though there was a cheaper one right around the corner. A bit deceiving.

The staff is working only 8-17:30 and after that people do what they like. Smoking drinking hotel rooms, the workmen’s make very heavy sound at 02:00 clock. And morning we decided stop our vacation earlier because safety reason, and check out.
