Great location, easy access from Antwerpen Centraal, exceptionally friendly all the staff (the reception, the breakfast and the cleaning). One gets a really comfortable feeling staying there. The breakfast was extremely delicious. Great value for our stay. /

nice location, in front of the mainc bus stop, 3 min way from main train station, 1 min way from opera metro. staff was friendly, room was clean. breakfast was same every morning.

It was super quiet for such a central location, and the temperature of the room was very nice! Everything was neat, and the shower was wonderful. Some long hairs leftover on the bathroom floor lol. Also the material for the bedding is odd. Not bad, but odd.

I loved how conveniently located the hotel was — just a short walk from the central station and within easy reach of the old town and major sights. The entire place was spotless, especially the bathroom and bedroom, and the breakfast offered a nice variety to start the day. Above all, the staff were incredibly kind; the manager even helped resolve an issue during check-in, which made my stay truly comfortable. There wasn’t anything major I disliked. If anything, I would have appreciated slightly more variety at breakfast, but overall everything exceeded my expectations.
