We regularly stay here when visiting Antwerp and it never disappoints. The room is clean and comfortable. It's very quiet. Nothing

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Even though breakfast is at the neighbors and there's no buffet but rather a choice between two options, the breakfast is plenty and tasty. But it's not the hotel's breakfast The hotel is old, has zero charm or character and the room was extremely outdated. The wallpaper was peeling, the bathroom tiling was chipped everywhere and the sockets in the wall were loose. The elevator is barely an elevator, it fits just 2 people with a bag and the stairwell is also very outdated. There's no breakfast in the hotel, but you get a token for each night you stay, to hand in at the neighbors. There you can choose one of two options for breakfast, no buffet. This feels very cheap from the hotel. The pictures on the site are very misleading, because it looks like a beautiful hotel with many good facilities, but this was all very disappointing. The price was way too high for what we got and they tried to charge €89 cancellation fee on top of the money we paid when booking (we changed check-in date but that was actually €4 cheaper). We checked in after 7pm, by which time the 'lobby' and front door were closed. We had to call someone to let us in. We will definitely never go back.

A perfect hotel for fans of Belgian fashion, just a few steps from MoMu. Great design, and the photo of Martin Margiela above the bed was priceless. I actually got a little emotional — I definitely count myself among the devoted fans of the Antwerp style. There was just one thing missing: somewhere to hang a coat or any longer piece of clothing. There is a very cool designer clothes rack with shelves and a lamp, but it works better for hanging a T-shirt than a dress, jacket or parka. I kept wondering what I would do in winter with a rain-soaked coat or even a puffer jacket. Leave it on the floor? For a hotel with such a strong awareness of fashion — please! Providing a simple place to hang outerwear or longer clothes surely wouldn’t be a huge expense, and it would make everyday life in the room so much easier.

Perfect location for exploring the city, The breakfast club ajoined serves a good breakfast

Great location and friendly staff. I especially liked the bed and the shower. The room needs some renovation (painting and small repairs), and the cleaning could be better. The main issue for me was the breakfast. It’s outsourced to the bar next door, and the menu is very limited — mostly carbs, no flexibility, and no option to choose how your eggs are prepared. Considering it’s not included and you pay extra for it, I would not recommend the breakfast.

Location, nice beds The elevator was broken

Quietness of the hotel. Car parking close to the hotel (next door!). Central location. Had to be careful getting out of the shower. A shower mat would help prevent slipping or a handle to grip would be useful.

The hotel is close to the centre. The room was spacious and comfortable (but I booked a triple, for single use). In general, it was clean. The hotel is aged, both common space and my room (doors worn-out, old air conditioning and furniture, ...). The window had a broken glass and did not close well with large draft. But worst, the room is very noisy as it faced the main street even if it was on 4th floor. Also, lot of noises from corridor and other rooms. The second day, there was an unpleasant smell.in the reception.

Centrally located relatively clean but fairly basic hotel. There is an underground car park right next to the hotel (at extra cost), so you dont need to walk far with your luggage. There's free tea and coffee in the room. The beds are comfortable The 'reception' is only staffed during working hours, so gaining access after 6pm is very difficult. We had to wait until another hotel 'guest' arrived back at the door so that we could access the lobby and use the tablet to get our keys. The hotel is in a location where there can be quite a lot of noise from late night revellers, so take ear plugs.

Very comfortable in an excellent location for the old town. Good breakfast at the café next door. Efficient air conditioning in the room.

The breakfast did not have scope for choice however, it was plentiful. First morning food was stone cold, no milk or sugar for coffee, service was incredibly slow. Totally different experience the next day. Lift wasn't working for a time and communal areas smelled unpleasant. Room itself was spacious and comfortable. Great location.
