The Greenhouse

A wonderful mix of old and new in this historic place. Parts of The Greenhouse date back to the 1500s, while the comforts are definitely modern and beautifully curated. There is a wonderful garden to enjoy and our large walk-in shower was great. Our bed was super comfortable and everything is squeaky clean. Location is perfect, on a very pretty and quiet residential street, but easy walking distance to everything. One tip: because of the age of the building, we could hear the upstairs guests walking up the stairs and above. It wasn’t a problem, though. I just popped in ear plugs. It’s actually kind of charming. Nothing! I would come back in a heartbeat and San is a lovely, gracious host!

Greenhouse is very clean and feels homey! San the host is very friendly and accommodating. The place is very spacious and clean. There's a common kitchen and garden where you can hang. Great location, stone's throw away from the main area. It's a BNB so be prepared to carry your luggage to the your designated floor. It's okay for me because i know what i booked :) The only thing i didnt like was the guest above us was traversing their entire room from 10:30-11:30 pm...... we couldnt sleep. This is an isolated case.

A most unusual set-up. A period step-gabled terraced house in the historic quarter. Our room was actually two large rooms, modernised but with beamed ceilings, as well as a spacious shower room. Quiet neighbourhood because of car restrictions. The establishment, which also has a pretty garden, is run by San, a charming woman, who served up delicious and very imaginative breakfasts which were more than enough to set us up for the rigours of a day's sightseeing. She was most helpful and kind. There was nothing I disliked.

Convenient location for centre of Antwerp while being calm and quiet. Beautiful house tastefully decorated, just what we were looking for for a night in Antwerp.

Beautiful place, great host, delicious Breakfast. Floors aren't insulated, we could hear every word by our upstairs neighbours, which kept us up

Beautiful old house, lovely decorated. Feels like home. And the breakfast in the garden room was amazing! We lived everything. Only small point I can think off is that the family room does not have a door in the bathroom. Would be nice to build in.

Exceptional

Absolutely fantastic. One of the most beautiful hotels I’ve stayed at. Location is very central and the host was great. Plus a cute cat never hurts. The highlight was the breakfast.

Great location and beautifully decorated

We really enjoyed our stay at the Greenhouse. Unfortunately we only had one night. It is central and spacious. We were there on a very hot day and aircon would have been nice but the fan definitely helped a lot. Please note, there are stairs to climb but we were extremely grateful for help received in lugging our heavy bags up and down the stairs. I definitely recommend this bnb.

A True gem in the heart of Antwerp! I can highly recommend staying here and enjoying the calm, friendly atmosphere. There are only three rooms available and it all feels very homey and the house is just beautiful. Breakfast was delicious!
