This is an interesting property in a pretty bend on the river with big, unusual rooms high above ground with ac and hot water showers. The restaurant, grounds and pool are pretty, and there is a fun hanging bridge across the river to get there. The breakfast, food and staff are wonderful. It is a little far from the sights, and there was a lot of unnecessary clutter and litter around the property that detracted from the experience. For example, the pool was so dirty that I didn’t want to get in it.

Clean room and kind people! There was a wedding in the resort and we were not informed so we were a little uncomfortable that day.

The location, it was amazing. And the style was cool. That in the room, specially in the bathroom, whatever you touched on the bathroom it fell apart. Sheets were old and holes was in there. I just really needs littlebit freshing it up and it would be the coolest housings in the area

Amazing Staff , Welcoming Rooms are big, Loaction is perfect , not far from the town They must do a immediate repairs to the timber bridges, not safe and difficult to carry the bags

A little bit of jungle feeling. Rooms are in the forest. Dinner and Breakfast were good. The first evening the restaurant was closed. Some refurbish work would be fine.

The view and the location is very iconic. Cleaniness is need to be improved. Specially the toilets need to be more cleaner than how it was. There were wild dogs were roaming around.

surrounded by a stream AC stopped working. and the temperature is very high throughout the year.

There is no hotel. Only building was available, but the property was closed long back. No info updated on site. Really a bad experience.

Location within the forest (although isolated from the town) and the woodwork of all the buildings was lovely This is the first time we have left a negative review as we felt compelled to do so- on arrival, no one helped us with our cases across the shaky bridge, the room was not ready, no tea or coffee supplied, bedside lights not working, cigarette buts on floor of balcony, no hot water, one towel for both of us, fried egg at breakfast was stone cold and inedible- the second day we asked for an omelette but another cold fried egg was served. There was no mini bar or bar in the resort (although this seems to be usual in Sri Lanka) and the place seemed uncared for and unmaintained with some piles of rubbish behind some of the buildings
