If you are looking for a short stay in Anuradhapura, this is the place. I booked it for my parents because it's ideally located in town to reach Sri Maha Bodhi within a few minutes. The staff is very kind and down-to-earth.

Very kind and helpful people. Genuinely warm hospitality. Basic and clean room, totally worth every cent. Would definitely recommend for visitors not seeking luxurious accommodation.

The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. In many high-end hotels, there is often a noticeable difference in how local guests are treated compared to foreign tourists, but that was absolutely not the case here. I never felt any discrimination; the service was exceptional and consistent for every guest. It was a truly professional and welcoming experience. I have no complaints about the hotel itself, but I want to highlight a technical issue with the Booking.com platform. When I searched for a group of 7, the site suggested 3 rooms, even though the hotel had larger rooms that could accommodate 5 people and 2 people respectively for another. We had to cancel the extra room and get a refund, but we still had to pay a commission fee due to this system error. This is strictly an issue with how Booking.com allocates rooms for this property, not a fault of the hotel. The hotel staff was exceptional and very understanding; they allowed us to cancel the unnecessary room and issued a refund, which was a huge relief. If not for their kindness, it would have been a massive waste of money. The fault lies entirely with booking.com flawed system which suggests incorrect room configurations for larger groups. I want to give full credit to the hotel for fixing a problem created by the website. Travelers should be careful and double-check with the hotel directly instead of trusting the site's room suggestions.

Very quite location Nothing

Good location, staff kind and helpful. the showers are weirdly built, they have two different taps one for hot water and one for cold water , extremely uncomfortable, also I change 2 different rooms and both they had very uncomfortable desk to work on laptop. better put a small table , does not cost too much .

excellent stay

It was a wonderful stay. Staff was very friendly.

It was a clean place with a very comfortable bed and very comfortable pillow. the neighborhood is quiet and its location is very near one of the bus terminals. this area is not near new town, which is where all the commerce is, although there are definitely many things by.

If you could arrange breakfast, It is easy for us to manage our time. Location is excellent since we can meet more facilities nearby. No seating facilities inside the room. If you can extend the room space with private outdoor seating like balcony.

Excellent hospitality! Really glad the hotel had a tuk tuk contact to pick me up late from the train. Beautiful spot, felt safe.

Very friendly, welcoming and helpful staff, close to the bus station, clean bed sheets, good internet and many restaurants nearby.

The perfect guest house in town, the staff are wonderful to make sure that your stay is well organized, they are always happy to find you a tuk tuk to see the sites or arrange transport from the airport or to your next destination. The room was comfortable and great quality for the price

It's clean with a comfortable bed and hot water in the shower and the internet is good for Sri Lanka There was only one socket available, away from the bed. I had to ask for a kettle ( listed as included in the room description) and I had to unplug something else to use it.

I had a great stay here - I was a solo female traveller and felt very safe. They got a tuk tuk driver for me, walked me to a local food place and arranged transport to Kalpitiya.

The Manager Hetti was such an amazing host. Place was super clean and comfortable. My room had everything I needed - a/c, kettle, fridge and small balcony. Nothing

The manager Hetti is brilliant, he can’t do enough for you. Room was great, bathroom fine (but did get a bit sweltering in the high heat which would be my only minor grumble) But overall a great place to stay, and improved hugely by Hetti!
