the beds were pretty comfortable the pool wasnt the size shown on the pictures, the rooms were dingy, the bathroom was small, facilities were limited, the tv was small and didnt work

The rooms need to be refurbished. The hotel is next to a busy road, not suitable to sit outside. People walk in front of the room so had to pull the thick curtains, making us sit in a dark room.

Worst place to stay This place is bad. Very bad smell coming from washroom and when you on the ac you can't breathe. No soap. Tv and hot water is not working. Staff is not friendly. Pool is not clean. I don't know how the people give good review for this hotel. Value for money is terrible.

It is a big story. First of all you should not use this hotel. This is not a hotel it is a guest house. And looking like a prison every time gate is locked no security. The pool is not clean and not used for few days. When we arrived we cannot pay by card is a trick because hotel phone me and say me to do a advance but I said no I am paying in card when I try to pay at hotel they no only cash. And we told them we are living the hotel at 5 am do not lock the gate but he locked the gate no body open we need go to the church we were panic and try very hard to wake up the boy. Please do not use this hotel and it is not like in your photo in the booking. Com. I have decided not to use the booking. Com again I am so sorry. You should check these hotels and do a inspection and update new photos

Lovely oasis in middle of city. Staff were lovely. Pool was fabulous. Rooms comfortable and right by pool. Restaurant under renovation, but would order food to be brought in.

Abhishek and Kaveesha met us on arrival, they were friendly, kind and accomodating. They have done everything possible to make our stay comfortable. It would have been helpful to know that the restaurant area was under renovation before booking the room. However Abhishek and Kaveesha did everything possible to mitigate the inconvenience caused and make our stay comfortable.

Bad customer services.serrounded by mosquitoes.staff is very unpleasant and changed extra for late 30 min checkout.called several times and even knocked the door.not worth the money and not recommended at all..
