The owner's wife who prepares breakfast and her daughter are very nice. Generally the staff is helpful, but that's about it. Also bed is okay. Otherwise it's a mini room really for 1 person only on a ground floor near the gate. Running basin, needed to put a bucket under it since it didn't have any pipe and was leaking continuously. Toilet was not flushing at all and it needed to be flushed with a bucket. Water in the shower has too much chlorine. If you give them laundry to wash and they hang it near cow dung behind the building, they charge you 800 LKR per kg, so be vigilant, I have bargained with them from 2800 LKR to 1300 LKR per my washed load, otherwise it would have been the most expensive laundry I have ever done in Lanka. Lastly it's s far from the centre, one of the last hotels in the street.

Owners are very friendly and good welcome ? Foods are very tasty, and the environment is very clean. Comfortable room value for the money. The washroom a little bit needed to repair, but they immediately made arrangements after we informed??

Good place to stay in Anuradhapura! Room is basic but comfortable and has good a/c. Good food and really good wifi which has been hard to find in Sri Lanka. I highly recommend staying here!
