Room is big. For a city tour location is close by! Restaurant food isn’t the greatest but has live music. of the 10 day trip to srilanka. I have stayed in 10 different hotels. Every one of them happens to be half the price of this hotel and much better than every way. I paid 120$ for this experience. I didnt pay this much even in America! The room sure was big. Air conditioning couldn’t get the room cool enough. Except for the receptionist everyone can barely speak English. carry your own adapters its hassle to make them understand to charge all your phones and laptop. Main reason to get this room was location and free wifi so I can work in the night and have some peace and quiet. But there was no wifi. If your skin isnt white enough you will get one of the far end rooms. If they assign you A-1 to A-4 or B-1 to B-4. Run far Run fast. I tried to many times to get a different room but I was told all the rooms were occupied. Receptionist offered a different room when wifi wasnt working. But how I will stay by myself in a different room and leaving parents in another room. Finally I decided to take off from work. I lost the days pay. Thanks to it. Then they offer me mobile hotspot from one of the employees. Room was in such a corner.. they are no signals either. I can barely send messages. so I declined it. I decided to sleep .. garden lights get directly into room. I have attached the photo of 10 pm at night. They decided to turn it off at 11:15 pm or so. I had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant. They had live music, which was only redeeming things in the entire stay. Food wasn’t great. Burnt bread pudding, bland foods to please only certain people. You either expect hard boiled eggs or soft boiled eggs this was somewhere in the middle. not very appealing or appetizing. Anyhow wont be making this mistake again! Good luck if you still wish to stay here. I hope your stay is better than my stay.

I really liked the pool, it was clean and well kept. The garden was so quiet and relaxing, and the breakfast was one of the best I’ve had. Staff were friendly and made me feel welcome. Nothing to complain about, everything was good.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The pool was super clean and well taken care of—great for a swim any time of day. The garden was so peaceful, I spent a lot of time just sitting there and relaxing. Breakfast was a real highlight too—fresh, tasty, and with a nice mix of local and international options. The staff were also really friendly and helpful, which made the whole experience even better. Honestly, nothing to complain about. Everything went smoothly and I felt well taken care of the entire time.

Staff was very friendly and attentive. Food (breakfast buffet) was very good and tasty. Bathroom was clean and good. Bed linen were clean and smell good. There wasn't a baby pool but the pool they had was nice. Had a playground and a small paly area. My kid enjoyed running around and had a great time. 15mins to Sri Maha Bodhiya from the hotel. Very good place and highly recommended. Manager Mr. Priyantha took care of us kindly. Room could have been more cleaner and quieter.

Staff was friendly and peaceful location The room was not cleaned at all. There were ants on the floor and walls, there was a cockroach in the toilet, the towels and blankets were so old and not clean at all. The breakfast was good, but the food at dinner was not enough for everyone who was there. Most of the deserts were finished when we want to try them.

Did not like Poor brekfast no clean towels, tooth past, no plug point to plug the coffee catle, overall cleneness is extremely poor., Not worth the money spent( Rs 20,000).

Place is quite Property was good. But they were not flexible or friendly to give late checkout. Further they didn't arange a place to sit and work after checking out had to find a cafe to do so

The gardens/pool area were well designed. Hotel was peaceful. Staff were friendly once able to understand us. Cleanliness was an issue. The towels and sheets seemed old and stained. The room was in need of a deep clean, dust on light shelves etc. There were multiple creatures in the room, 2 lizards and ants. The lizards (I think!) pooped on the walls in the bathroom and housekeeping didn't notice or clean it up. Communication with staff was difficult although they were friendly. I asked for a room service menu then we decided to go out for dinner instead. At 10pm at night staff woke us up to ask for the menu back - strange. Nothing much close to the hotel.

Excellent location, food, staff, room and pool facilities. Well maintained property with full of luxury. The room was so spacious and clean. We were offered welcome drinks and refreshments all inclusive for the B&B , which was so generous. Food was so good and tasty. Must stay again when we come back to sacred town. Nothing to say.
