Price wise location and staff very good BUT lady owner very arrogant treating customers like she deals with her staff. Property is at least 2 buildings and under renovation. The main building lobby area is modern light green light wood relaxing feel as a SPA. Rooms, 315 sink problems as well pipes on shower. They let doors open windows open but when you close the humidity smell is there. They gave me choose on other building I stayed in 201. Not that intense smell but still. Worst was old linen bed sheets although clean and smell clean and the sherry top was 3 cockroaches come out from AC area?? Base on that how many stars can you give? Management or owner is to blame not staff Location very close to the Ao Nang beach although is on top of high pavement hill can demand extra energy for elderly people because there is no elevator. By the way is worth to check where ends the emergency stairwell ???

They literally cleaned my room everyday and gave me waters everyday. Very professional and clean

Location is great. Very close to the beach and lots of restaurants/cafes nearby. The room was clean and comfortable.

Can walk to the beach and most restaurants NO WIFI. Very poor or non existent WiFi in the rooms, You can only access it on the first floor in the lobby which is a big no for me. Travelers rely on WiFi. I addressed the issue during my stay but nothing was done. Also cleaning is basic and need attention to detail, like there was trust under my bed meaning that cleaning was not done properly. Also workers do not speak English which makes it hard to ask for anything at all. Finally there are rooms in the 4th floor and if u get one of those there is no elevator and claiming stairs day and night can be inconvenient. Workers are direct, no rude or anything for not kind nor friendly. All rooms don’t have good lighting makes it hard at night

The room is quite basic, furniture is quite old and needs some TLC. We expected a bit more for the price.

The staff was very friendly and easy to communicate with. No elevator and it is on top of a hill.

I like that this hotel was tucked in a alley along the Main Street of all the shops and restaurants. The staff was super helpful and nice!

No lift

Good AC, hottest water in Asia. Room filled with smoke each time the smoker in the room next to me had a cig. Base can be heard until 3am. I barely slept. The area is overstimulating.

The receptionist at the lobby was very friendly and helpful. The room was big and it's good value for money. We stayed in a 4 ppl room but it's at the highest floor without an elevator. The room is clean but it lacks some like kettle,cups, spoon, hanger. The aircond is dated but still functions well. Overall, it is worth it.

The accomodation was close to the beach in a quiet place, so the busy road was not a problem. The view from our room was to the garden, we could see a bit also the sea. The airco was very bad- it was old and noisy, directed oposit beds in each of two rooms. It was hard to set the airco so you were freazing at night or sweating if you decided to switch it off. Cleaning could be better sometimes. There is no cattle nor drinking water - what was a standard in other hotels.
