Super clean and very friendly staff.

Great location, just off the main road. Nice walk to the beach down the main road with lots of shops etc. I did not have a problem with the smell as some have mention so maybe this has been fixed. Glad I booked it, great value for money and super comfortable. Great for the one night I stayed. Would have stayed for 2/3 more nights if I needed.

Muslime friendly food restaurants available at the junction with a mosque. 20 to 25 minutes walk to Ao Nang beach. Toilet and drain in toilet seems not able to ventilate even with the toilet fan turned on all the time. It stinks. Toilet was not able to flush properly. It requires multiple flushes. Water pressure could be improved.

The hotel is nice for the price, the staff was Excellent, the room was clean. The pictures online are misleading, yes there is a beautiful mountain view, but when you down in the neighboring back yard it looks like a trash dump site! The smell of raw sewage ?, made me sick the first night it was very overwhelming, I slept with a mask on, and my throat still burned. I was given a new room the next morning when the nice lady manager came on, with an apology, she even stocked my fridge full of drinks, the smell was still there, not as strong on this floor and mainly in the bathroom. I had to keep the bathroom closed and the fan going, but that smell was still lingering around. I am not sure why they have a fridge if it goes off when you leave, I had drinks and meds that needed to be kept cool, but the refrigerator was useless I never left the room with my key card. The restaurants on the soi near the hotel was deep No for me! I will leave it at that, me and the other guest who had the same issue in her room just walked up to the main road and there are tons of delicious restaurants and the beach is about a mile away withw even more great spots to eat at, you can walk or take a Tuk Tuk, so many better choices for dining there.

Exceptional

The hotel was very well equipped and extremely comfortable bed. It was cleaned well everyday and staff were lovely, I even had to come back to this hotel because I loved it that much. There is a lot of restaurants and shops around the area, the beach is probably 15-20min walk, and it is not a hilly area. There seems to be a problem with the drains as there was sometimes a very bad smell coming from the bathroom. Reception were happy to offer me another room when became available, however when spoken to other guests in the hotels they had the same problem. It does not ruin the experience though.

New hotel, very clean, nice staff, lovely beds, nice quiet location off the main road and 15 min walk to main beach. Really well priced too. Love it here!!

This hotel has so many great things going for it. The location - close to great cheap restaurants. it is close to the main strip, but far enough away that you didn’t hear the noise. The 10-15 walk to the beach is pleasant and actually kind of nice. The staff is great. It is clean and comfortable with great views. BUT… the rooms have a serious issue with the drains and the disgusting smell of sewage wafting up through the bathroom drains. We complained and the staff helped us change rooms, but it didn’t solve the problem. The staff are aware of it and apologize for it - and seem embarrassed by it. But there seems to be nothing they can do about it. They spray for it, and use chemicals to mute it. They were wonderful trying to fix it. But it persisted. I pushed towels down into the drains each night to try to minimize the smell - this helped a bit. But…wow … that smell!

I don’t understand the bad reviews… Honest Review: The Location is very new and has unlocked their potential. They seem very professional. They clean very often and precise. It looks very modern and luxurious from the inside and outside. The room is exactly the same as in the photos . Very comfortable ,big ,roomy and the view is amazing. We stayed in the hotel for 5 nights and we wish we had more . This is how a room hotel always be . Everything is new wich makes it look fresh . The area is close to everything but also in a quite street with good food ,7 eleven and bike rentals wich is perfect. The pool has just a different color wich makes it unique :) The pool is clean!

It as clean and modern and maintained well Rooms are small if you are planning on staying for a while might be a bit annoying. If ur staying for a few days only then it’s great

staff behaviour is very bad

The location was nice. Massage parlors were nearby as well as local eateries. Hotel staff were nice. The smell coming from the bathrooms were very difficult to sleep with. The smell made our stay uncomfortable.

Hotel is new, modern. The room was fairly big. Staff is professional and friendly. Beds were really comfortable. Quiet location, away from the main street. Occasionally you could smell the sewer in the bathroom. I see that others complain about the value. We paid 19000 tbh for 6 nights, which is a fair price, imo. Prices are more then double now, which is not a good value. Pool is pretty small. Wardrobe is far from ample. It consists of 5-6 hangers. However, this is a common thing in Thailand.

Good quiet location close to many restaurants. Pool is very small and not good for sunbathing.

Superb

Super comfy beds, beautiful view of the mountain and set back from the main road so nice and quiet at night. Although it's a 20 min walk down to the beach, taxis are always readily available. Great value for money.
