All staff were greats and location was good also. Not far from night market and Ao Nang beach. First thing was head shower was not working properly. Always leaking all time. Second was cold or hot temperature shower was not stable.

Great staff and room was perfect. The staff were so helpful and polite. Beautiful pool Parking was a bit of an issue but we arrived on the weekend, after that it was fine

At first, the room we got didn't match the description of the room we booked. We had to sleep in the room until the following date because we had to wait to be moved from one building to another

The hotel was pretty decent. Yes, it’s a bit worn by time, but overall everything’s fine. The hotel has a pool, a bar, a gym, and breakfast included. The hotel is located slightly off the noisy main street, which is a plus. Everything around is walkable. Within about 10 minutes in either direction you can reach the night market or the more central area. Be prepared to leave a 1,000 baht deposit at check-in. The shower cabin was leaking slightly into the main bathroom area.

Good location, for what we paid we were satisfied with the over all experience, from the food, pool, to the room. Thought the breakfast was just average… but that would be the only small negative.

The location of the hotel was very good. It was very near and walkable distance to the Beach and the night market The staff were quite stiff and unfriendly. The room was very tight small for a family of 4. The bathroom had the minimal facilities. Breakfast was moderate with extremely limited options for vegetarians

You can hear your neighbors and people (especially kids) playing at the pool early in the morning - the balcony doors aren’t soundproof. But that’s not that big of a deal.

This is a hotel for families. Lots of restaurants nearby. Free shuttle to the beach would have been good

Rooms were clean and comfortable, and breakfast is great. The location is also nice. Tuktuk stand right outside for easy transportation. There was some confusion about the pool hours. The sign said it was open until 9:00, but the staff yelled at my husband for jumping in at around 8:00.
