Very very very dirty

I liked that the staff was helpful at check in in a very busy area.

Nothing Staff were clueless and couldn’t even find our room. No towels or other facilities in the room when we arrived. The place is run down and very dated, room was never cleaned.

Bad hotel not good

pool looked dirty, room was falling apart and not cleaned well

Amounts of pools and long pool, old style, comfortable beds. Everyday cleaning, in calm part of Ao Nang, 10 min walk from amazing night Market You can hear neighbors, squeaky floor and beds, you can’t take bath as they removed plugs.

The location, is near to nigth market The woman who helped us was not very friendly. The hotel needs a lot of maintenance.

They don't provide enough toiletries. The room is not that clean. They don't have microwave and the Breakfast buffet is not that delicious.

The Building was a great historic building. Thai building style.

Very run-down and poorly maintained. The resort operator just doesn’t seem to care. The service staff obviously have a serious attitude problem. Almost everything.

The facilities are not taken care off it’s not groomed in the garden areas dirt in the backyard and pool areas so bad it’s fake marketing cos the is not working anymore the umbrellas and chairs are broken and look in bad condition the place is understaffed and the breakfast is like hunger games if you don’t arrive in the open time you won’t get any food it’s horrible really

It's a little bit old without any renovation the last years.

Didn’t have breakfast Dirty rooms requested toilet paper no toilet paper last day no water shower leaked all over except in the shower requested an extra towel because our towel was wet they said no you have 2 towels in your room use the other one oh yes and the frontdesk was rude as hell no customer service

Prices No elevator no bell boy no food

Although rooms were made up daily, it always felt like half a job (with only 1 out of 3 beds being made. The rooms stank of damp and had clearly been painted over. When checking out we were nearly charged a cleaning fee for a ‘stain’ in a bedsheet that I was able to get out myself in seconds - do you not wash your sheets for every new guest? Reception were rude, being asked to move and leave our bags unattended to eat a toastie when there was a table eating a takeaway in the lobby?

Professional staff, very clean place, beachfront location

I would say location, that’s all. Uncomfortable bed, dirty bathroom, room with awful lighting (1 bulb was missing) and the toilet didn't work! There was no service room at all during my 3 nights there. And it seems they have a shortage of cups and teaspoons! There were two of us in the room, but there was only 1 cup, so the first night I asked for a second one and teaspoons. They told me to come back in the morning because the staff wasn't in the hotel. The next morning I asked again, and after a while, I had to sign a paper to be provided with 1 cup and 1 spoon!!! I don't see the purpose of offering a kettle if you can't have a cup of tea.

It was a nice place to have a relax, clean room and aircon worked well. Reviews are abit unfair- we had a good stay and thought it was clean Quite empty

1. Location - beach front by crossing main road - near Ao Nang Landmark night market - quite, less traffic & hassle 2. Beautiful Thai concept building structure & decoration 3. Book early to get a cheaper rate or else not worth staying here... 1. Our 2 rooms were located on the far end 3rd floor of the building... no lifts & no bell service.... so you have to walk all the way from carpark to the room on your own 2. Room A315 & A316 - each time you step on the wooden flooring produce loud racket sound & quite disturbing as if you are staying in a bamboo build resort 3. Aircond not so great & small ceiling fan is wobbling which cannot be off (did not found the switch) 4. Matress is quite hard with out of shape pillow & provided with worn out bath towels 5. The entire resort totaly needs a major upkeep & refurbishment work
